Lol.... yes, a diesel 🤣🤣 When you can approach diesel fuel with an open fire and you will still have to wait a few minutes before the diesel fuel ignites. The car was probably also parked for several hours, and all of a sudden, the car burst into flames by diesel fuel 🤣🤣 If it happened in the middle of winter, it would be even more convincing. 🤣🤣👍
A simple google search instead of people talking nonsense.... "Diesel is less flammable than gasoline. It cannot be ignited in a vehicle without extreme pressure or a long-lasting flame." "Diesel has long been considered a 'safe' fuel. At ambient conditions, it is not particularly flammable - if you throw a lit match into a bucket of diesel, it would just sink to the bottom and extinguish itself. A spark plug has no use with diesel. "
Geoff you can still get diesel petrol vehicles on the Motability scheme but some dealers might try and get the person leasing the vehicle to get an EV or Hybrid by claiming they cannot get the ICE vehicle they want but have an EV that has being sat there waiting to be registered that they want to get rid of and it won't cost them a penny as the vehicle has no deposit compared to the ICE vehicle they would be paying £500 to £700 deposit for.

@@thestorytelleruk Not necessarily. I have had diesel in some jerry cans for over four years and it's fine, in fact I am using some of it now. In a tank it may be a lot different. The issue with diesel is water ingress which gets a sort of bacteria in it and creates a jelly like substance which can clog up the fuel system. Petrol not so good for long term storage though, but OK if you don't open it up and it has a good seal.
@@johnnythefox1851 hmmm, interesting to know. A google search produces mixed results about storage length, ideal conditions and additives. But if you've actually kept it that long, can't argue with that. Thanks for the info.

If course it’s an EV. It has all the hallmarks. The car was burned to a crisp. I don’t like smarmy comments about power points. We all know Motability delivers EVs only to their clients. You and your friends are dishonest, bad faith actors.
Ha ha ha! If you think Bristol's on the coast, you need to look at a map. 🤣

I try to forget about Bristol to be honest mate
I bet you could do that with a mazda 131 or renault twingo. Get one with the opening roof, run times.
geoff have a look at the Bristol ULEZ zone, I believe the signs from the motorway to the airport take you though a couple of hundred yards of it ( it looks like they extended it to do just that), I also believe you cannot turn around so are zapped.
Have you ever seen the wiring around power poles anywhere in SEAsia, except for Singapore.
Ah, the Balinese "Spaghetti Junctions" I'm told the wiring over there is just as safe as anywhere else.

I heard somewhere, that the Korean fire was actually started by a Diesel Range Rover, parked just out of view, near the Mercedes. 🙃🤪
Almost certainly that's a possibilty!
Lol.... yes, a diesel 🤣🤣
When you can approach diesel fuel with an open fire and you will still have to wait a few minutes before the diesel fuel ignites.
The car was probably also parked for several hours, and all of a sudden, the car burst into flames by diesel fuel 🤣🤣
If it happened in the middle of winter, it would be even more convincing. 🤣🤣👍
@@dchubworldsharenetwork Diesel has a flashpoint of 45 degrees centigrade.
A simple google search instead of people talking nonsense....
"Diesel is less flammable than gasoline. It cannot be ignited in a vehicle without extreme pressure or a long-lasting flame."
"Diesel has long been considered a 'safe' fuel. At ambient conditions, it is not particularly flammable - if you throw a lit match into a bucket of diesel, it would just sink to the bottom and extinguish itself. A spark plug has no use with diesel. "

Diesel VAPOUR has a flash point of 52 - 96 degC .

Because they love air flow in India regarding moving vehicles, they love crossing railway lines in front of on coming express trains. Foot off eh? Thats a expletive and a description. 😳🥺🙄

I do fully agree with the ev issues but also should be worth mentioning the number of BMW non electric cars that go on fire whether due to faulty egr coolers leaking coolant slowly into the intake and mixing with carbon deposits or as in my case with a 2017 G31 5 series the starter motor shorting and causing the car to go on fire whilst I was on the motorway and ending up as a complete write off and bmw wanting nothing to do with it.

An interesting fact, fatality is 50% more likely in an EV accident due to the weight.
What's the percentage more likely for big SUVs and saloons that are heavier than EVs?
is that a mattress stuck to the roof.
Nah. It’s the ‘constellation’ option for the headlining.

One petrol fire you haven't heard of. Let's discuss
1920s Rolls Royce that a firefighter has likened to the famous car featured in the 1968 movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang may have started a fire that gutted four Brisbane houses.
Two homes were destroyed and two were significantly damaged on Evelyn St in Grange in the city’s north in the fire on Saturday afternoon.

The first car in falkirk was right outside my flat at 5am I watched it burn, put out by firemen in less than half hour with water, so wasn't electric I could also see the exhausts after burning. I have pictures from my window to prove I seen it but there's a small bush hiding the exhaust in the picture. There was also a hell of a fire tornado when the petrol tank went up, made for an exiting morning 😂 (forgot to add the owner isn't disabled, the disabled spot was placed there for someone that hasn't lived here for years so just gets used by anyone now)
What caused the fire…?

Would like to see another headliner replacement video.
Also maybe a rust coating vid? Wax oil or lanoline, just need a good sunny day to do it.
So maybe do it in Spain?
I thought a sunroof had something to do with the sun, I had no idea the sun meant air.
What have you done to your roof lining?😅 Is that to stick it back up?😊
I didn’t do it, was how I got the car. Terrible isn’t it!
Several Muslims were abusing their sun roofs on Tuesday night while driving round and round a roundabout.
Some disabled military veteran, burnt that 1st car down to the ground for illegally parking in a handicapped spot.

I’ve spent many years working in India. The amazing thing is that given the awful state of the electrics is that the place isn’t permanently ablaze. I really don’t think that it’s particularly to do with EVs. It’s just what happens in India. As I said I’ve spent a very long time in India (I love the country) and can never recall seeing any kind of a fire truck apart from airports.
My first advert on this broadcast was a Hyundai Tucson hybrid. 😆

If you're familiar with R L Stevenson's Kidnapped then Alan Breck Stewart who was a real person was called Breck because as his face bore scars from smallpox.
