Back when I was a kid when these cats were big, we used to call them the Stoned/Stoner Temple Pilots. I feel kind of bad for doing that now, knowing that drugs are what killed Scott Weiland.
I kinda was into STP as a kid, not much though. I've since revisited, inspired by the obvious recent event - his writing so far is killing it on some these songs!
I'm a big Pearl Jam fan, and I say, in response to all STP haters, that STP is awesome!!!! and Scott Weiland may be similar to Eddie Vedder, but he's still awesome on his own right!!
