- Boeing and Airbus are roughly balanced in many ways, but the woes Boeing is having with its once-touted Boeing 737 MAX are enabling Airbus to win over some long-time Boeing customers. Japan Airlines’ and Korean Air’s placement of large orders for Airbus's airliners in recent times has been an interesting development in the East Asian market.

Well, I would have hoped for more good news regarding Embraer. At least they got their freighter going.
🙂
And scoot's 1st of 9 e2 jets is delivered and now in Singapore
Boeing is soooooo focused on profits to the point they lost order to Airbus.
Yup. Mainly because the mid-range market is in high demand and the A321neo is ideal for that, whilst also being higher capacity and range than the 737max. It was Boeing that rushed the 737max because of the popularity of the A321neo. The neo doesn’t have the safety issues Boeing is having.
Airbus will be getting more orders , some customers of airlines will not fly on Boeing aircraft
I'll fly the 777 or the 747
@@antifugazi How about 777X?
@@josemateovargasreina5541Um... Yeah I guess, I have not heard any bad things about it, never flown one so...
@@antifugaziwhat about 737 max?
It’s not about the customers… it’s what is the best for the business!
Congratulations to quality aircrafts maker Airbus !
That's how it's supposed to be. Congratulations, Airbus!
Myself willing to pay more if Airbus available
No surprise, look at the safety record of both companies.
Same move from KLM… I wish Ryanair would follow that trend 😅
Ryanair is about business not passengers, that why during the 737max forced shut down, Ryanair bought lots of 737max's (get them very cheap!)
Airbus simply better
Business is business.
Binging of the end of BOING?
'Boeing and Airbus are roughly balanced in many ways'
Not sure I agree with this statement. Care to amplify?
Just that some airlines want their customers to come back and fly again.
For the first time it's not mainly a330s in Asia for Airbus
✈️
Boeing: you rather fly Hindenburg
I love Airbus planes
GO USA BOEING OVER 4000 BACKLOG 737 max lol
GO USA GO BOEING I fly boeing every 3 weeks and on the 737 max ian so scared LOL
Japan has forgotten Hiroshima and buys American
*It has been forced to limit aircraft production.
Boeing would have not done so by its own accord
FORCED by its own DECISIONS. No one else is to blame, if Boeing were HONEST then there would be NO LIMITS FIXED. All Boeings Fault = GREED & ARROGANCE
They are currently far away from even meeting the imposed production limits.
Im surprise that JAL order narrow body from Airbus
I mean why not
Because of the latest issue on 737 MAX that may cause further delay in certification. JAL was supposed to order the 737 MAX originally
Sensible commercial decision.
@@sonnyanthonyzabala680 they're still commited to it, but the neos are there in case of further issues
Let’s go Airbus
GO USA BOEING BACKLOG 4000 PLANES 737 max LOL
Good news for Southwest and Ryanair.
People avoid both of them
Actually NO. There are other Airlines paying MORE for the same aircraft and they will receive FIRST. Neither Ryanair OR Southwest will receive any aircraft early because there is more profit on other orders. NO INCENTIVE for Boeing.
@@jerrypolverino6025 meh, bro. Southwest and Ryanair know what they doing and they know how to deal it.
Brand loyalty and trust is IMPORTANT to Asians. Once you broke their trust and commitment to you, that’s it.
I hope Cebu Pacific does not buy Boeing.
If it wasn’t forced it would have not limited aircraft production
They were doing it to themselves when all their new planes started crashing.
I can understand the reason(s) but how long will it take before these planes are going to be delivered?
QUICKER than Boeing and more predictable than Boeing. Boeing have LOST CONTROL due to Corporate Greed. MONEY BEFORE SAFETY.
Many years unfortunately, the backlog keeps growing

LOL. I still think that account is secretly Calhoun. 😂😂
Boeing is boever
Airbus back log is going to be too full, Boeing will still get orders
Much uhh airbus produces 700 jets which means it is still faster to order with airbus than Boeing
Slots will get swapped around. No issues.
@@Choosewiselyeye companies are going to need jets soon rather than later there not going to wait on Airbus.
@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 you literally can not do that especially for confirmed orders.
