- Hair mistakes that age you faster CURLY HAIR EDITION is FINALLY here! These are five common mistakes that I see curly hair folks make that are robbing youth from your appearance. Good thing is, they're EASY to fix once you know what they are. In this video I discuss how hair length effects the shape and curl, if you should layer your hair or not, what kind of products I recommend, as well as a big mistake people make during the drying process AND even the biggest color mistake I see ALL the time! SIDE NOTE, when I say "youthful", I'm NOT talking about looking young, I'm talking about looking more vibrant, full of life and well...youthful at whatever age you are.

What tip do YOU use to look/feel youthful??
To drink a lot of water, don’t drink any alcohol, don’t smoke, daily walks I try to do 5 miles when time permits but for sure do no less than 2.5 miles daily. Hang out with my grandkids ❤️ oh, and do stretches every morning when I first get out of bed.
Well, I joined the COVID gray movement! I went from beautiful red curls to salt and pepper curls. The biggest decision of my life. I have a great curly-hairdresser and I’m curious about making the white brighter or another technique to bring a bigger “WOW” factor to my hair, like I used to have. Any suggestions?
Hello 1st of all thank you for all your videos they've been a great help, And are very instrumented. im confidence stylist but sometimes get stuck on how to persuade My clients into Is a cut or color that might Accentuate
To feel young, #1.WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS (57yrd old) this profile picture is current-by the way. 2nd. Eat healthy with a little bit of indulgence. 3rd. Buy and use expensive (if you can afford it) makeup and makeup brushes. Makes a world of difference. 4th Expensive perfume to spray every night before i go to bed for my 33 year old marriage to my Groom. My pillow and bedding smells wonderful and it make me feel "sexy"-still.
Avoid getting into ruts, but also avoid being a walking time capsule.
Can you share WHY it is so freakin' hard to find stylists who know how to cut and style curly hair? I am so frustrated! Do beauty schools tend to neglect training regarding curly hair?
It really is! I get deva cuts now
@@jamiparrish8806 Yeah, but not everyone can afford a $300 hair cut. Still a shame to have to pay extra just because your hair is curly.
@@karynunderhill5944 I don’t pay anywhere near $300 for it. I couldn’t afford that myself
@@karynunderhill5944 I paid $70 for my first deva cut with wash/style, an express cut which is a cut only is $40 for follow-up visits. Well worth it, you should check around. My stylist was the owner of the salon and of course charged more than other stylists but I wanted to go to her because she has the curliest hair and I thought she would better understand my curls.
That's my question too! Nobody knows what they're doing it's just hit and miss.
Thank you 😌 I'm a curly hair girl and really appreciate this video. One thing I would love to see is curly hair haircuts. Most hairdressers are not familiar with how to cut or style curly hair. Thanks again😊
Thank you thank you thank you for tips on curly hair. It still surprises me how few stylists know anything about curly hair. Plus, they don't listen when you tell them how your hair behaves =( Please keep the tips coming ❤
Thank you! Super glad I could help! They’ll definitely continue to come! Next weeks video is all about how to correctly use a diffuser!!
Yay!! Thank you
When blown out perfect bounce volume; But when diffused great curls but the hair cut always turnout TRIANGLE. So how can we curly hair girls get around this?
So very true. I have curly hair and every stylist wants to treat it like it is straight. UGH!
I totally agree about not having long hair simply for the sake of having long hair. I figure that if I am going to tie my hair back, or put it in a bun most of the time, what is the point of growing it long.
There is something very liberating about cutting it to a length that you will wear down, and don't dread washing and styling
I could not agree more! I love that you had the courage to do that. Loved it worked out for you as well!
I have wavy/ curly hair and my current hairstylist don't seem to understand curls at all. She always use a flatiron on my hair. Looks nice for a while, but I rather have a good haircut for curly hair😆
I totally hear you! The cut does matter big time. You can definitely layer hair when it’s curly a bit differently then you can layer straight hair..
Same with me, I never come out of a salon with my curls they always flat iron or do a blowout, which I still can’t do when I’m at home!
Same here....I can only dream of having a hair stylist who will work with my waves/curls instead of against them. I love my long hair, and know that proper layering would be perfect!
Same here! This seems to be common with curly hair. 🤦🏻♀️
That’s what finally made my daughter find a curly girl hairstylist. She didn’t want straight hair and take hours to straighten it, she had long very thick hair. She found an excellent stylist and her little sister has benefited from never having to deal with weird cuts and someone always straightening it.
I love all the videos he does , the energy , the passion ,the professionality and in different background in nature ...omg ...thank you .
You’re WAY too kind! Thank you Karine! I appreciate that a lot!
Wavy hair info - yay! It wasn’t until I started learning about how to get healthier hair that I stopped manipulating my hair with heat tools and learned my hair is actually wavy. That was a shocker! I no longer go to a stylist so I’ve had to learn on my own how to manage it with much trial and error. I’d love more Justin info on product usage and styling techniques for wavy hair.
Thank you! Totally hear ya. Crazy what we can learn about our hair when we change things up. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll definitely consider that for a future video!
@@justinhickox the wavy/curly space on RUclips is full of amateurs sharing what works for them, and that’s great, but there’s definitely room for more professional voices. Manes By Mell does a fantastic job, but it’s good to get different perspectives.
@@justinhickox I wish more professionals had videos about best cuts for wearing wavy and curly hair natural. Most pros just want to straighten our hair and that is frustrating. I'm not sure how much is taught about curly hair in the professionals' education.
Alot of what you talked about and graciously shared, applies to sooooo many of us. This makes so much sense! Since the world has gone a little out of whack, I’ve managed to follow along some of your tutorials on face framing/trimming and completed with confidence. Thank you so much for covering the topic of curly/wavy hair👍👏🇨🇦.
That’s freaking awesome! I love hearing that. I’m so glad I could help. I really appreciate the support and thanks for trusting me.
I love curly long hair and I'm older. Thanks for making this video. More tips on curly hair would be great.
You got it! I'll definitely be doing more curly hair videos!
Really enjoy your tips and tricks! Thank you! Love the scenery.
Thank you! I’m stoked you like them! Glad I could help!
Ohhh my goodness love the end of video
And thank you for this video on short hair
It's so true about layers and keeping it some what short. When you know better you do better lol finally quit trying to grow it out and had hair cut short and loving it and yesssss diffuser is a must for fine curly short hair
Oh and appreciate the hiking view you are blessed and a blessing
Have the best day 💓
Thanks a ton Pamela! I’m stoked you like it and I appreciate the support. Yes, layers are huge when it comes to curly hair!
Your videos are not only super helpful, I have shared you and your tips with my friends and family, but they are so aesthetically pleasing. I loved the waterfall, which I thought was the perfect setting when talking about dry / shinier looking hair. Love love love. Thank you for your time and dedication 🤗🌻❤️
Thank you so much for that support! I appreciate it! I love that waterfall. It’s actually pretty dry right now by comparison to it’s usual water flow but that was cool since I was able to basically stand in it to film that part!
@@justinhickox yes, it was perfect. You could still enjoy it and not be drowned out by the loudness of the fall 😄
You had me at “I’m not a huge fan of back combing” 😁
Thankyou for sharing your great tips Justin, it's really helpful to understand the reasons Why, you suggest certain tips. Also love your new, adventure style, in nature. I'm in lockdown in Melbourne Victoria Australia 🌏
Not able to see my hairdresser, but now I'm more informed, I hopefully be able to communicate better, with him about ,choosing my style and colour. Sweet to have your wife included in the videos also.

Love love love the views Justin 👌 Thanks for taking us on such a gorgeous scenic walk. My hair became wavy after my second pregnancy & now I'm heading to the big 50 my hair is getting curlier & sooo hard to keep that separated curl look. I have highly textured hair & lots of it+++
What products do you recommend that are helpful for getting that "wet look" that you spoke of?
Yes, your Wife is such a natural beauty & great sense of humour 👌😂😂👌
Take care & keep laughing as this definitely keeps a vibrancy of health 🌲🌲🌲
Thank you! I totally agree...laughing is a key to youth! I'm actually on a hunt for products right now. My GO TO product for curly hair was recently discontinued. As soon as I find something I love, I'll do a video for sure!
Thanks Justin. Good advice for curly_wavy hair owners. I battle with mine. Wish I could take that walk it looks lovely as does Mrs Hickox.x

Cut 7-8 inches off my hair today. Learned how to put waves (texture) in my “bob” style and it looks and feels so fun! Bought me a $60 bottle of a fresh cologne to wear everyday to celebrate my new look !

I just turned 70 and my hair is thin and straight my Dr. told me to take Biotin it has really help to make it thicker. I am now growing it out so I can get a trendy Bob style. That has been one of my favorite styles. My hair has just started to turn grey up front I still have about 90 percent of my natural color. I have found this color product natural botanicals (light mountain natural). It’s a plant base product I do a touchup every two months. Love all your videos. Judy
Love, love your videos! Could you possibly consider doing videos on curly hair styles- maybe bring back the infamous “Bob” Pleaseeeee?
You are awesome! Thank you!
Hello from South Africa. I love your videos and the info you provide.
Also the scenic outdoors. Thank you so much.🙏🇿🇦JeevG
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that. It’s tough to imagine that my scenery is anywhere near as impressive as the scenery in South Africa! Africa is definitely on my bucket list!
Yes, triangular hair!!!... I hate it when I wear it curly!!!!😂😂😂😂
You’re not alone. It’s a with curly hair for SURE!
You need layers
Oh christmas tree!!
Thanks for your input....Watching from Australia. My hair has different curl pattern over my head....straight bits just above my ears/temple is SOOOO annoying. My fav. curls are when I have an updo....and my cute little curls around nape of my neck. Aging has def changed my hair, I've grown mine just below shoulders, and have gone naturally grey - over a few years. I'm 64 now but II get SO many compliments from random people I come into contact with, shop assistants, people in supermarket...I am seriously shocked but so pleased with lovely compliments.
Over the years my hair has become more curly, and I have learned to embrace it. I let it air dry, and try not to pull it too often. During the past 18 months, with Covid, I have not had a good cut and really need to get it reshaped. It is longer than it has been since my teens, and although part of me enjoys the versatility, aka being able to create updo's, I miss the cute, shorter style, So a bit of a quandry. I have put off finding a new stylist since they all treat me as if I have straight hair, and I refuse to spend $100 just for a hair cut. Help!!
Great tips! I have curly hair! I am very happy to have found you! New to your chanel. I love the raw, beautiful background!
I struggle with dry, not soft hair and not finding the right style product. Any tips?
Hi love your videos!
Thanks for the post. Your wife is a very good sport. Surprise RUclips video. Brave man.
As a wavy/curly, I agree with every one of those tips. I was lucky enough to find a hairdresser that also had curly hair and so my hair was ok but not great. The turning point for me was starting on curly girl method. The products are so important as is learning how curly hair functions. For many curlies their hair is the bane of their life so when they find a method that enhances their hair I think there is a tendency to grow it longer and wear it down. And then we end up with what we call the pyramid style 😊. I sincerely wish hairdressers learnt more about curly hair in their training because in my experience a hairdresser who truly understand curly hair is a rare gem 💎. As an aside and in the interests of building closer cultural connections 😂, in Australia we call back combing teasing.
Oh ja@!!!!! The dreaded triangle 🔺️ 🙄 🤣
@Carol Fudali: Growing up in the USA, we always called it "teasing", too. Seems like "back- combing" is a newer term.
I had a weird “burning scalp” problem, even after I stopped coloring blond. Thinning on top and sides and horrible (put an ice pack on it) burning. Have you heard of this? No idea what caused it. Has gone a way mostly after a trial of a steroid foam. Kind of liking the white front and darker salt and pepper in my 8 month grow out. Thanks for all you do for us.
thank you so much for curly hair video's. I can not tell you How hard it is for hairdressers to cut-style-shampoo-moisturize, etc. curly hair girls. I am Latin and have light Latina long curls-brown hair- with frizz of course. However, When blown out perfect bounce volume; But when diffused great curls but the hair cut always turnout TRIANGLE. How can i tell my haircutter NOT TO CUT THE DAM HAIR INTO A TRIANGLE?
So true. A monotone hair-color on curly hair can really make it look bulky. Highlights or a multi- tone color enriches the look of curls.
We’ve been waiting for you. 🤗
What product would you suggest for dirty blonde hair that looks really frizzy in the crown area?
Hey! I know. Took a while but glad to be able to help!! Great question. Depends on what’s causing the frizz. I I didn’t have one product that I loved but unfortunately it recently got discontinued so I’m currently on the hunt for another one. As soon as I find one I’ll be making a video for sure. Until then, L’Oreal has a gel/cream that I like Called bouncy and tender. It’s still leaves the hair a bit crunchy or than I would like, but it does a pretty good job of controlling texture.
1) Can you create a video showing actual curly hair styles with natural gray hair color?
2) Are there youthful hairstyles that can be worn curly or straight (blow dry)?
Aww your wife is adorable 😊 very informative video, thx!
Many thanks 🙏
You’re so welcome Linda!
Love your beautiful wife and dog!! Great info BTW!!

You’re so welcome! Thank you!! Did this help? I’m wanting to create more content around curly hair. What would you like to see a video about?
I’m getting a Survivorman vibe here
Less meets Vogue . Love it
Curious as to suggestions for very curly hair that is thin to medium density hair that is not colored regarding length. I have a round face and am in my 50s and struggle with finding a style as curly hair is new to me and has happened as a result of medical treatments over the last 4 years.
Great video and tips Justin! 😁💜 Why is it hair dressers always straighten your hair when you go and get it done? I think mine looks best natural wavy, but I've never had anyone style it that way. Does that make sense? I agree with movement. Mine gets too think at the ends but people are afraid to cut layers, it's weird. 💁
Thank you Jody! Great question. Stylists will straighten it for different reasons. Some because they don’t have time or don’t feel as comfortable trying to dry it wavy and sometimes it has to do with checking the haircut.
@@justinhickox That makes sense. Thanks Justin! 😁
Justin, I have a full round face with thin hair. People always cut my hair in a bob shape. Isn't there any other style that works for full, round faces? I just want to change my look once in a while.
I'm 55 I'm currently all gray and 6 months in of growing out a pixie. My hair is thick wavy more on top and curly towards the bottom. What do you recommend? I would say my hair is super puffy & porous.
Great question! It may have to do with the styling methods and products. If you want more of an even curl that’s gonna play a huge role. I assume since you’re growing your hair from a pixie that it’s already relatively layered. I am releasing a video next week about the correct way to use a diffuser. In the video I show how to enhance curl, that may be a good reference for you to help even out your curl.
Thanks for the curly video. Very helpful! What tip do I use to look more youthful, I guess it would be the color of hair. Which this one piggy backed on it. I have always had blonde to light strawberry blonde color. I have started playing with different darker colors. I went to a dark color over winter and my sister could not believe how healthy and curly my hair looked. However getting the color out was not easy when I wanted to go lighter. 🥴 lol I have questions is there downside to having curly hair long causing curl to pull out to where it looks like different type curls? Like does it cause more freeze?
That’s awesome! It’s amazing what dark color can do right! Good question, the length of your hair wouldn’t necessarily cause more frizz however you may see more frizz purely because your hair is longer and therefore there’s just more hair to show the frizz. Does that make sense?
@@justinhickox Yes i totally get that. I just know if my hair was sitting on my shoulders or shorter it would be way curly that it makes it hard to style. Btw I agree with movement in hair. 😁
Hey Justin,
Thank you for the wonderful video once again!
I have neverbhad color in my hair. I do not have anything against color but I am from India and we belive that the lesser the chemicals, the better for healthier hair.
Now, I may consider hair color (your videos have persuaded me enough) but don't know what color (highlights and/or lowlights) to choose. Would you be ae to assist in choosing the color?
I thank you so much! I appreciate that. You’re definitely correct, no color is always healthier than any color. With that said there are definitely pros and cons though. I did create a video, not sure if you’ve seen it yet, about how to choose the best color for your skin tone. That may give you some ideas. Otherwise it’s tough to say what color would be best because there are so many questions about what will work best for your lifestyle, what colors you tend to like, etc. etc.
@@justinhickox I may have missed that video you are talking about. Well, you know what I am going to be watching for the next few minutes 😉 I huge hello to your beautiful wife! Love from Charlotte, NC ❤

I am almost 60 with naturally curly hair that tends to get really dry, especially because I swim in a pool. What kind of color can I use to cover the stubborn gray, and that won't dry it out more, while being resistant to pool chemicals?

@@justinhickox she already knows it!!!!.. but, great idea!!!!🤣🤣🤣
Can you tel what is the best haircut and length for woman above 50-60 multi hair curl.
Any suggestions on which hair products can/should, be used on "salt and pepper hair" ...the color and texture of My hair has turned from dark brown with body to mostly gray and straight...also, I wear it in a short shag or pixie cut...thanks ☺
❅༻❣༺❅
Great question! It depends on what you’re wanting the products to do. If your hair is short and shaggy I would assume that you’re looking for maybe a tiny bit of volume and or texture. The product you would use to create texture would be a form of a pomade but which one you would use is dependent on your hair texture and the end result you’re trying to achieve. In short form, as a rule of thumb, just know that the More oily or wet a pomade feels The more shine it will give your hair but typically it will give your hair less volume and control. The stiffer, or more like a clay, a palmate is, it will tend to give your hair more control and potential volume but less shine. That’s a very blanket statement though. There are so many options it’s tough to say which exact one would work best for your situation.
I have the same issue. Been growing out my gray for two years now and it’s almost all grown out other than a few inches at the bottom🙄
Which is where all my wave is. The gray, or part of my hair that is mostly salt and less pepper has lost all of its once beautiful wave.
Dionna is adorable!... say hi from me, please!🥰🥰🥰
Absolutely will. She’ll love to hear it!
My hair was always super straight from birth until she 23. After I had my last child it started getting curly and now is very curly. How can I or can I get it to go straight again
Great place where you are. Love nature!
I appreciate these tips however please address something very common on curly hair FRIZZ. What products can you recommend based on your experience with your clients?
I have the most crazy unruly frizzy hair. I have tried so many products without positive results. Thanks 🙏
Thank you so much! And that’s a great topic. I’ll definitely create a video about that. Thanks for the suggestion.
I had a Keratin treatment it’s wonderful!!
Can we see MORE examples/ models/hair instead of just the verbal lecture? Thx
I have all the bags of curly hair. Gray, with some blonde. Frizzy, curly and wavy, and fine. Medium length. I don’t know how many layers to get. I’m Leary because most hairdressers don’t know my hair.
Try the shag haircut I just did it’s so much better!!
I use plain coconut oil on my hair when it is humid or dry weather. I put a little on my fingers and work it through individual strands. Don’t over use though. You’ll get a greasy look.
Totally
Hello Justin, I’ve been embracing my curly hair for many years 10+. There are so many curly hair haters out there. The women even in my family have not supported our young girls with anything positive about curly hair. Finding some that knows how to cut curly hair is a challenge, because it’s not just about layering. I have had good and bad cuts. Also highlights don’t show up as well on curly hair. Yes, you’ve covered some of these issues. I’m 68 and stylist want to control my curls.. that is not what curly hair is about.
The short bob may be perfect for curly hair but I’m sick of it. HELP… I’m more like a Cyndi Lauper, Kimberly little big town kinda lady. Get me out of this boxxxxx…
Cris Autry
Even using a diffuser with cool air dried my ends out - so I stopped & am tons happier with my hair.
What a fun ending to the video!
Awesome! I’m so glad you liked it. I wasn’t sure if people would like the comments or not but I figured I would give it a shot.
Im 62. I've been cutting my own very curly hair, the hair stylists dont layer it enough. Its very dry not as thick as it used to be. Especially at the ends. Coconut oil on my wet hair, combed thru, then scrunch it all works for me.
Just came across Justin and was wondering why is a dude going on a walk and talking about curly hair? But I stayed to listen anyway and discovered Justin was talking to my curly hair. Spot on!
I am so fortunate to already have a hair stylist who listens to me about my hair, who is patient and non-judgmental, and approaches hair cuts and my transitioning to my now natural, variegated grey colour with caution. I spent many, many years going from one hair stylist to the next, being talked into buying the next best product for curly hair, only to use it once and shove it to the back of the bathroom cupboard. Literally thousands of dollars spent over the decades. And now I think I have found (for my hair) my Holy Grail! Davroe Curlique range. The Curlique balm is the bomb for my wash-and-go look. Good luck to all you curly girls who might still be in search of your own curly hair stylist. He or she is out there.
I have multi textural hair. Fine hair with medium to heavy density, straighter and silkier on one side, wavy on the other. Curly when layered (which I loathe), cowlicks front and back, a low uneven neckline and annoying as hell! Haha! I wore it long and wavy for years, then went to a pixi which works too. I now wear a chin length bob and looks best when I straighten or wear slightly wavy. I often come home with uneven cuts and then cut it myself to correct the quirks. My daughter was a hair stylist and now in tech, but used to tell me to give my stylist some time to get used to my texture because it’s odd. I’ve had many stylists due to multiple moves and only 3 in my life (will be 63 soon) who really got my hair.
I totally understand! Multi text CHERYL hair can definitely be a bit of a challenge. It can also be tough because it can change at times. I agree that many times it will take a stylist a couple cuts to really get in the groove with your hair if that makes sense.
@@justinhickox It does change. Every day is different and it makes sense to grow a relationship with a good stylist!
Please please come to Kansas City and cut my curly hair. I would like layers and a great cut that moves. All the stylists here I've tried are too nervous to cut my curls.
You might look a bit like Jeremy Renner but with a much nicer nose! :) thank you so much for the great tips for curly hair!!!! And yes, Dionna is gorgeous!
My hair is quite long just below shoulders it’s very wavy at the front however round the back it goes much straighter I’ve just started my wavy hair journey as have been straightening it all my life

Yup! Sounds about right. Us curl girls kind of got nature's worst! Been the bane of my existence!
Everything you said is right
😎
Thank you! I'm so glad you agree. I can imagine how challenging curly hair could be but I also think it's awesome because it's never boring! :)
Do you only work in Portland? Are you able to suggest stylists in other states? TY
Hey! I currently only work in Portland. I did o a video a while ago about how to find a great stylist. If you vent checked it out yet, it will definitely help!
@@justinhickox I really want to travel to Portland to see you.
Hi Justin, my hair is a combo of textures. Frizzy underneath, wavy and/or straight on the top layers. I always end up with a flat top, pyramid shape no matter how I style it. My stylist hasn’t been able to help. Suggestions? Thank you!
Hey Susan! Great question. It could be due to the shape in the cut. It's tough to say. Making sure you have enough layering to reduce the volume in the sides and give enough volume on top may help. Drying practices may also play a role. I'm releasing a video tomorrow about how to diffuse dry curly hair that may help a lot.
What is the proper way to diffuse hair?
Great question! Depends on what you’re wanting to achieve (less curl/more curl etc) BUT, next Tuesday I’m releasing a whole video about that exact topic!!
Maybe it depends on your hair? For me, sadly, I can't diffuse it AT ALL. lol. Professionals have tried and I warn them but it always turns out the same -- frizz. No matter what products, what diffuser, what techniques. To get my curls on, I have to let it air dry and not even breathe on it until it's dry. :)
@@womanofacertainage5892 try using orofluido beauty elixir, it's a wonderful hair oil
@@chandrikadas9163 Thanks. I've tried hair oils, every product, etc. If I touch it, it frizzes. My hair is very thin and fine but also frizzy unless I heat style it or let it air dry with zero touching. :). It is what it is.
@@womanofacertainage5892 i promise you , you'll have success with the product, it's not oily in the slightest, and no matter how much you use, it never makes your heavy or limp or oily. Please try it, it's the only product I truly recommend, you'll notice a difference, you do not need to blow dry, in fact never use heat on your hair and use the product after washing and when your hair is still damp. I also recommend that you use tissues to blot your hair dry after washing. Towels are too rough.
Very cute having your wife talk & engage. 🙂
How do I get you to cut my curly hair?
You must find a curly hair specialist for a proper cut. Previously I'd pay a lot of money for cut wash and blow dry and without exception they would not use enough product, no matter what I said and it always looked so bad I had to do it again when I got home. Found a specialist (very booked up!) and for the first time I left with my hair looking great. My partner though it looked so good he took photos and put it on the family Whatsapp group and said I looked 10 years younger!
That's awesome! I love hearing this!
Anyone know a good curly hair stylist in London?
I had a really good Turkish lady hairdresser but I lost her contact details when I came back from staying in France for a year 😔 so far bad hair stylists (triangle and just bad even when the ACT and talk as if they know curly hair) 🙄 fed up!!! Please help 😠
What if I have thin hair? Layering makes the ends look very sickly
Depends on how it’s cut. Even if layered the bottom can be blunt cut for a thicker look.
Does using vitamin supplements like biotin help improve your hair health?
Hey, great question. As far as I understand, and keep in mind that I’m definitely not a hair scientist, biotin hasn’t been clinically proven to help hair. With that said, I have seen people‘s hair grow faster once they started using biotin. As far as health of the hair, I don’t believe biotin helps with that. Other vitamins are great for her health but their best coming from a natural source. I’m not a huge fan of Most of the vitamin supplements online Because I think they’re more gimmick then science.
Hello Trish, how are you doing?
Can you offer a short style, and I mean short, for curly hair?
