I think I was part of the testing of this protocol during the late 1960's. I lived in Rochester, Mn & I had my eye doctor at the Mayo Clinic. I recall eye drops every night just before going to bed. I was about 9 years old. I have a very, very strong prescription. I wear gas permeable contact lenses because I can see clearly with them. I'm 65 & wear my contacts daily from 7am till 10pm. I recall the eye drops dilated my pupils. Not sure if it helped as my eyes kept getting worse until my 20's.

0.05%. That is the recommended starting concentration to consider.
