I just had my annual eye exam and doctor sent me to the emergency room after seeing a few cotton spots and blood spots. I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. He possibly saved my vision and my life because I am one who avoids the doctors from fear.

I'm not an eye doctor but one tip I have heard is to take an eye break every fifteen minutes when you are looking at a computer screen.
Turn away from the computer screen and look at something far away or at least on the other side of the room for a minute or two.
This uses different parts of the eye which gives the close up vision muscles of your eye a refreshing break.
