you do not have to have 2 steps to use the iris scanner. you can just turn the screen on and look at the scanner. its in the settings for iris scanner.

you are wrong with the extra step on the iris scanner. You can change it in the iris settings so you just need to press the home button in the front or the power off button and it will unlock your screen..And by the way it's fast like a fingerprint sensor :)
You said gorilla glass is strong but scratches easily so the first thing you did was place a skin on the back, but it would be 1000x worse to have a big ugly scratch go right across the front of that beautiful infinity display. Any recommendations on a clear skin or screen protector that doesn't get in the way of the display, e.g. goes right around and follows the display all the way around those beautiful curved edges instead of just sticking flat across the front and noticeably disrupting the infinity aspect of the display?

um just to let people know the iris scanner does not require the swipe there is a setting to do it automatically like the the face recognition.
