Something to bear in mind is that dewalt XR batteries do not have a low voltage cut off. They are in the tool, not the battery. If you use them until they go flat It will eventually, if not straight away, damage the battery.
Thank you, I’ve just looked into this. Looks like they can go down to 3.0v and I go nowhere near that because the phone won’t charge. I always thought it would be built into the batteries BMS, thanks again for letting me know 👍🏼
Apropos of the previous video about the land, and whether it has a well/spring. It looked like there was corrugated iron over the spring which suggests it had a spring box at some point. It should be fairly straightforward to build a new one. You build a small dam, with two pipes through it, floor the spring with stones and then cover it to protect it. It gives you a constant pressure flow and you can then set up as complicated a filtration and pumping system as you want.
hi you need this Male ISO Radio Plug Universal Connector Harness Loom HardWire Stereo Cable 16Pin for the stereo . red is switch 12 v , red is constant
Can't you use the cigarette lighter for this? Yeah edit time 😂 this is completely pointless, just charge it from the car. Never ever seen the point in dash cams either, I think the drivers with dash cams are the problem on the road.
Like I say in the video, I did this so I can charge my phone at work and not run the engine or drain my vehicle batteries. I will be installing a switch so whilst we are driving we can switch over from leisure battery to vehicle battery. The dash cam is more for security of my tools.

It’s only going to get cooler 😎
Nice 💪
Thanks 👍🏼
Good start 😊
Thanks 😅
I expect that what you fitted to your battery is a voltage regulator.

Hope it's a Mitsubishi!
I’m so sorry haha
@@livinginkevlaroh dont be mate! That old Ranger is awesome - love the suicide doors!
