Sir. I am Post 4 months. My ACL and meniscus surgery. But still when I bend my knees I feel sometimes like something is there but after It pop it's feels very good. Pop sound is coming from I guess ACL site or meniscus site I don't understand. But the pop sound is loud but no pain.
Sir mera 2 month ho chuka hai aur daily 4 times physiotherapy karta huin 40 min each aur stair par bhi up and down kar sakta huin thora sa ekdm dard k saath lekin phir bhi patela se shayad kat kat sound hota hai lekin dard nhi hota but demotivate ho ja raha hui kya knee cap silicon patela wala lagau kiuki mera surgent day 15 k baad normal knee cap pahnne ko bola tha sirf sote time knee cap kholne keliye bola hai aap kuch bataiye sir🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sar Mera first April ko meniscus repair hua tha exercise to daily do bar kar raha hun lekin ghutne mein dard ha.
Chalne mein koi dikkat nahin hota lekin jab ek jagah per aadha se ek ghanta Tak baitha rahun to to uthne ke bad ghutna lock ho jata hai thoda der tak uske bad 1 se 2 minut mein sidha ho jata hai
Yah sab symptoms hone se koi problem to nahin hai sar please bataiye 🙏🙏😢😢😢

सर मुझे ऐसा लगता है 6 महीने हो गए ऐसा सर जी को और जब मैं बैठा हूं या सुता रहता हूं एकदम उड़ता हो तो जैसे हड्डी के ऊपर हड्डी चढ़ गई है वह काट के वजह से चलने वाले ऐसे कुछ नहीं आती है

Sir Meri surgery ko 6 months ho chuka h aaj tak kabi asi movt. nhi hui aur kabi cracking sound bhi nhi aayi.. Jumping, running, squards sab accha sa kr rhi hu without phyotherapist.. Lakin ab Jada der tak baitha ya khada hona k bad patella ma Ajeeb se movement hoti h...pls tell me the reason nd solution..
