Purchasing this car is the best decision I’ve ever made in my life, I remember watching this video a few weeks before I bought it. I know it’s going to be one of the best GT models Ford ever made. A guy in a 67 Mustang showed up 2 hours after I did to buy this car, it was the only GT on the lot. thank god I got their first, and God bless America.
Yeah and i said this 3 yrs ago, that the 13-14 S197s are the best and if you got one, you better keep her, i had a 14 Mustang CVS 3.7 prem/PP race red w/blk canvas top and it was sitting on 255/35/20" street rrs and i kepted it closed to 3 yrs.and now i got a 2019.5 Mustang GT 5.0 6 sp prem/PP1 and its ok but not all out that they make the GT to be, truth is i miss my 2014 3.7 CVS S197 much more and all the neighbors just say is "why you got the GT, i liked your 14 CVS better."
I’ve got a 2014 mustang gt/cs in blue with gray stripes. Manual transmission. Had it for almost 6 years now. 60k miles on it. Love it. Going to keep this car forever, until it’s a “new classic”. Stella Blue is her name, in case there are any other car + Grateful Dead enthusiasts out there 😂
I have a 14 GTCS, had to buy it came with the Ford Racing handling pack, Flowmaster mufflers and a K&N intake. To top it off, it came with all the original parts, had only 8k miles and picked it up for $28k. Saw this video in September and right after watching I searched up a 2014 gt mustang because I was done with my 2010 v6 and it’s baby 4.0 engine. Long story short the first thing that popped up was a Black gt/cs automatic convertible in Fort Lauderdale FL. I bought it about a week later and am happy that I saw this video because it is what ultimately made me choose that car. It also to my surprise when I went to test drive it was equipped with the nav system and heated seats. It never fails to attract attention even when a s550 is parked right next to me. Some time in 2020 I’m looking at doing these exact mods.

Beautiful car, however it does have some issues: 1) 5 owners in 5 years - Why was this car passed around so much? 2) If/when there are issues with the engine, the tuning will most likely need to be rollback to factory default since there is no tuning device provided 3) No idea what tuning was done or the quality of work for those mods 4) Been in an accident. Shows as minor damage... All in all a nice vehicle but I think the modifications is what would keep me away from this one.
@Frank Hernandez in the past (1980s) maybe but with select shift it is the best of both worlds.
