What a class act is this gentleman! This is the best segment you've ever done, Jay. I didn't know much about him, but he is beyond impressive for his patriotism and admiration for our military. He played Bobby Jones in a movie years ago. He's a southpaw, but he did a miraculous job of replicating Jones' sweet right-handed swing; and I don't even think he plays golf! Thanks for giving us hope that everyone in Hollywood isn't crazy left!!!!!

Jim and Jay are two men I would really like to meet. Class acts. It’s also fitting that the tribute car is a Shelby Mustang. All American Muscle. Thumbs up. 👍
Jay Leno spewing his disgusting propaganda every night disguised as comedy is a huge factor behind the fall of our nation. The level of sanctimonious hypocrisy from Leno is worse than Brandon’s. It’s astounding.
Jim Caviezel does THE BEST Christopher Walken impression I've ever heard! Better than Kevin Spacey! What a great guy. So many regular people don't care about the men and women in our Armed Forces, today, but here's a guy from Hollywood who was brought to tears when he read about their ultimate sacrifices paid in blood. I really liked him as an actor, before this video. I have a whole new respect for him, now. Awesome guy.
So glad I stumbled upon this video. Both Jay and Jim have the best demeanors. They are the type of guys you could just crack open a beer and chat with all day. The tribute to the fallen heroes was also so tastefully done. Very moving.
This is by far my favorite Jay Leno's Garage. My top 10 list of movies. The Count of Monte Christo, and Big Red One and Passion of the Christ, are 3 on my list. I like Jim Caviezel. Right after I returned from Vietnam and Germany and was stationed at Ft. Bragg in 73 I bought a used 69 Mach I. I remember the hood pins. Mine was red with the flat black hood and the 351 Cleveland. Miss that car. You crying football players could learn something about honor from these 2 gentlemen.
What a genuinely nice guy Jim is, and extremely humble - nothing false about him. Great car of course, but this was a special video for more than that; bravo Jim and as ever, thanks to Jay for always bringing us something different.
Nice soft spoken respectful actor who owns this amazing beast of a machine. It’s a gorgeous tribute vehicle to our Seals. Gotta love the GT500 super-snake.

@@jvo8068 you’re correct that he was initially going to play Cyclops in the original X-Men films, but he dropped out due to a scheduling conflict with another film he was starring in at the time X-Men was in production. I believe that he was considered for the Batman role before Ben Affleck was cast in the DCEU due to his working relationship with Johnathan Nolan on Person of Interest. As we know in this video, he said that Carroll Shelby handpicked him to portray Ken Miles when Ford v Ferrari was in early development, before Christian Bale was ultimately cast. If Jim was cast as either Batman or Ken Miles, or both, I truly believe that he would’ve had arguably the biggest career resurgence since Robert Downey Jr. when he was cast as Iron Man. Ironically enough, it was Downey who advocated for Hollywood to forgive Mel Gibson, and I would be surprised if Mel lets RDJ make a small cameo in the upcoming Passion of the Christ sequel since they’re good friends with each other.
Jay did a great late nite show. I think this show is just so personable and natural that it feels like a group of friends hanging out and talking shop, I just love this show. Thanks Jay 🙂👍

Why someone would dislike a video like this is beyond me. What a great tribute to those brave soldiers.
I have watched just about all Jay Leno's Garage episodes, butbthis one was super special. Thanks Jay & Jim for sharing this one with us. I am not even American, I live way down south and east in South Africa, but even I appreciate the Sacrifice and Dedication of the US armed forces in keeping the world free. And, man, what a ride.
The perfect car for the man in the suit.
John Reese forever ❤️

So true!! A great man needs a great car!
Mr. Jim Caviezel respect!!!
What a seemingly nice, almost ordinary, cool dude with a monster of a car 😎
I appreciate this video even more knowing that the actor is also a relative to a teammate who passed in 2018 and knowing he did something as cool as to customize his car to honor the fallen SEALS of extortion 17 nothing but respect.
A beautiful tribute from a guy who just gets it. Thank you for the tribute you made for those we lost.
Thank you for sharing your passion of cars and more importantly, your emotions to us all. Stay blessed.
Best car and episode on this channel to date. Two thumbs up
not by a long shot
@Brandon Mays
For thumbs up Brandon 🤝
I always thought Jim Caviezel should have played Batman and now he's got his own Batmobile
He was gonna the lay Cyclops in the first movies. But they went the other way. Probably cause of playing Jesus.
This has to be one of the best episodes I've seen of Jay Leno's garage!!!! RIP Chris Kyle till Valhalla brother!
Jay Leno in his element.
Such a wonderful tribute to true American heroes! God Bless them! Thank you Jay and Jim!🇺🇸
Mustang. Love it or hate it, These cars go back to 1964. Amazing history.
Zzygyy I love the old ones, the classics! I could care less for the new ones though.
So basically a newborn in the car industry. *thumbs up*
My first love. I sell new Chevrolet vehicles and Chevrolet accessories, in my garage I have a 65 Ford mustang coup, 289 V-8, glass pipes, love that sound.
Im from europe and one of few things i love from U.S.A. is old American muscle cars .. they have soul..
Respect
He's such a great actor and your a truly compassionate man with respect to these people who have given it all for something they believe in. Excellent video Mr. Leno. Just great.
Jay and Jim, Thanks for showing us this special car and honoring these men. Great show!
You have no idea how long i have been waiting for this mr Leno
Jim and Jay, the car kicks butt! And, you have to bring back 'Person Of Interest' too. It was a great show!
Yes! Cant get enough of Jay, you rock!!
This has become my new favorite episode! Wonderful guys honoring wonderful people!
I would have never guessed that JC was so soft spoken and calm... What a really cool guy and great show as always
Person of Interest is hands down my favorite TV show. Waaay underrated, as is Wonder Boy, aka: Jim Caviezel.
God Bless this man.
One of the most powerful actors of our era and he drives an awesome car. Much respect to Jim Caviezel . Your performance in the Passion of the Christ changed my life forever. Thanks
He is a great actor because he made the whole story seem true .
No he's not lol....
Whether or not you believe in the religion, I still think the acting in Passion was pretty intense and brilliant.
@@DeathBringer769 Couldn't understand what they were saying!
Jom Caviezel was so monotone, but he busted out that flawless Walken impression like it was nothing. And his car was an absolutely stunning monument to our countries bravest. Favorite episode so far
God bless Jim Caviezel, and Jay Leno 🙏🏼
