I have watched Angelina Jordan for at least 2 years now. I have watched many, many reactors to her songs from the age of 6 to 16. Many reactors say that she invokes emotions that are depicted in the original songs but she cannot have experienced any of these emotions herself because of her young age. Some reactors, actually, ask “ what will it be like when she has experienced these emotions”. Well, welcome to emotions that she can evoke and emotions that she has experienced. This is what Angelina Jordan will continue to sound (and feel) like. I am not sure that “I AM READY”.

@@truedarkseed Sorry for your loss. Thats a hard thing to bare, coming from a commercial fishing family we have lost some to the sea and it's never easy. I think Angelina could bring tears to you the eyes singing Happy birthday Thoe. I guess it's because she really loved her craft, and that pure feeling just oozes from her voice. Now I just hope that industry does not do her lit it has so many before. She is a Jem and Id just dye watching her go dark or commercial and off into drugs.

Just wait until you see the latest live studio videos that she's put out in collaboration with the folks at Republic Records (who also produced this one; for which there is a live studio one as well). The live videos of her covers (versions) of Adele's All I Ask and Easy On Me are gorgeous. The production and presentation are perfect - just right for her. And she sings like a Goddess. True, she wrote the song to pay homage to her recently passed away grandpa a couple of years ago. And when she wrote the lyrics she wanted people who may have had a similar experience to get comfort from her words. When she first recorded the song in the studio she admitted she started to cry near the end of the song.
True, your reactions are genuine and if you cannot gather the energy to string together some words for us, so be it. Your heart is overwhelmed with love from her heart and it happens to all of us. And her wish would be for you to pass that love onto people you come in contact with. To be the best you can be as a wonderful human being.
True, Angelina is who she is and she's not going to change magically into some kind of a super force. She is, I believe, a messenger of love. It's up to us to follow through and take her lead and begin to transform everyone into a loving people all over the world. The more influence some people may have (like you as a reactor) is great but most of us are little dots and we can only do so much. But, we do as much as we can by being the best we can be and by introducing her to folks who haven't discovered her yet. That's our mission and our reward.

I see it was uploaded just over a week after her 15th birthday so, in reality, it may well be a FOURTEEN-year-old Angelina, which is very impressive :-) Angelina's young sister, Juliette, was the young Angelina and their uncle Michael Astar (Angelina's manager) played the part of the girls maternal grandfather, who was the father of Michael and Sara Astar - Angelina's mother.

Nobody comes close to mesmerizing me while emitting the emotion she does every time I hear her voice.
Her ability to tap into emotion is uncanny.
Yeah, we as adults often wish to keep our heart hidden, hesitant to let others see it. But Angelina instinctively knows where it is kept and sometimes has to expose it, to take it out of the box, so that she can, with her powerful lyrics and skills, prompt us to start to heal. Great reaction!

It floored me totally the first 50 times hearing it. Going through the thoughest year of my life, I watched the lyrics video, doing my best to sing along, but voice was cracking up and tears pouring. She is going to mold the Visage of music could plausibly be for the next half century. FYI, the young Angelina in the video was portrayed by Angelina's younger sister and her uncle stood in for her grandfather. The notebook contains the original lyrics and artwork, the two portraits in the hallway are Angelina's grandfather's, both lost to her in the past few years. The shoes and sweater were her grandfather's. Angelina uses the moon as a symbol in multiple compositions. And Angelina is now over six feet tall. You get an idea of her height when you see her leaning on the kitchen counter.

Bside from the fact that Angelina wrote the lyrics that it is amazing in itself. The long shout towards the end of the song is one unedited part and no extra you can see her singing this song in the studio. In another version and there is another version that is painted in which you see the words and the editing of course of Angelina and her grandmother Mary who is an artist 👑 🗣🎙🎷
