You’re the first pilot I’ve heard so far talking about the position of the pilot to get the best signal, this is so SO important, I’ve done a couple of car shoots where trees get in the way and I have to pick the best spot to avoid them blocking my signal as much as I can, or maybe a hill is in the way for a couple of meters, great advices man, glad you brought it to the table. More pilots should talk about signal positioning
"dont do stupid things" best advice I think, there are so many pilots out risking themselves or others... Please don't risk anyone just for cloud. Stay save and keep flying
Yup... drones are not bad, It's pilots that do stupid things with drones and the consequence are ofc stricter regulations.. let's see where this goes in the following years..
Great advice! 100% agree with the test flight for both the fingers and the range! Another good way to manage your batteries is with the red/green xt60 tpu covers. Green when charged and red when used. Also can’t wait to see the protek review! Might get one!
thanks for the tip! Protek has an LED light at the back, that shows you the battery level. It's a great drone, will post the review soon.. i just filmed some new content about it today! :)
This is scary :) I was just watching Ski jumping on TV and was wondering if someone tried to shoot it in fpv. Next minute this shows up in my recommended :)
@@nolandecreton3325 Check out this video about how to start FPV: ruclips.net/video/ye7Y5nSxgcc/видео.html Also make sure to watch my FPV Tutorials playlist, a lot of good content there :)
Thank you so much for making content showing the professional side! I'm very much interested in getting into it ❤️ Could you share advice on how to get projects?
What I would suggest is to hit up your friends that do different sports or drive different vehicles... and film them.. build up a portfolio that will attract brands. Also do a great job and make sure everybody in your circle of friends knows about it. Post your work on your social media and share details about that project. Long story short.. do a lot of passion projects for free and build up your portfolio and skill.
Nice video! What do you think about blade protectors on 5 inch quad by Stan Fpv? It may add one extra layer of safety for such shots, but I am not sure about how it will affect aerodynamics and so on.
Hi thanksfor this content I now know my market to focus on.I really didn't want to get into the custom builds because of the high learning curve. Do you think it's possible to do these chases within dji fpv
what about flying much lighter drones? a 3" toothpick with a insta360 go won't approach GoPro quality, but it is so much safer than a 500g+ 5", and if you go for a even lighter onboard split cam system, you could get so close you could touch them and not mess them up at all
Hi Tom have you crashed your Protek 35? Some reviewers commented that the prop ducts crack rather easily (without the rubber protection). Do you share the same opinion of it?
Yup I crashed a lot, because I really pust it :D Tons of crashes without any serious damage, but last time I did burn my FC.. but Prop Ducts are solid!
I really do enjoy the content that u r uploading. Well done, bro! Regrds from an fpv pilot from Bulgaria. Btw i just posted my 1 year fpv progress i will be thankful to have feedback from you! Best regards! @vladi.vulchanov

True that, positioning is seriously very important when flying FPV :)

Yup😊 there is always some level of risk when flying fpv, but you can minimize it a lot with location scouting and planning
That shoot was insane... Good work man.
One of my all time favourites for sure!! Thanks!
Realise I’m late to the party, but yeah! I’d love to hear and see more behind the scene videos! 🎬
Thank you
Thanks for being here :) Uploading regularly on RUclips is not my priority at the moment, but let's see what future brings :)

Today was EPIC, you did some great speedflying! Can't wait to see what we create! :D
Totally agree with you about the limits of the shot! Epic content as usual bud
Thanks Julio! Gotta protect our fpv hobby :)
More please
on the way!
If you're shooting 4k60fps...you can punch in post production... the extra meter or two...not loose noticeable quality...and get much closer.
That's what I do sometimes, punch in for 10-20% and apply some noise reduction in Da Vinci :)
@@tomstrojnik The point being...one does not need to take extra risk and fly up someone's nose!
@@checkeredflagfilms yup!
Thanks for this Tom! Your videos are very insightful and help a lot in my case that I’m learning 🙏🏼

I saw them on Instagram, an interesting idea for sure! Maybe I test them one day :) but I am sure they affect the aerodynamics in someway..
Thats awesome! More BTS!
yes sir!! :D

glad to hear that!
what are those antennas that you have on the goggles? i have seen them a lot but not sure what they are
I use this ones on V1 goggles: ruclips.net/video/R9VbLTjED80/видео.html
Hi thanksfor this content I now know my market to focus on.I really didn't want to get into the custom builds because of the high learning curve. Do you think it's possible to do these chases within dji fpv
yes, it can be done
Why choose only iflight?
I like their tune and built quality
what about flying much lighter drones? a 3" toothpick with a insta360 go won't approach GoPro quality, but it is so much safer than a 500g+ 5", and if you go for a even lighter onboard split cam system, you could get so close you could touch them and not mess them up at all
lighter drones are not fast enogh for this kind of flying, because wind affects them too much :)

Is there something you can about the absence of subtitles?
I don't know why they don't work here.. sorry
How to avoid crashing lol....crashing a bunch of times....learn from that and move on :) and repeat :)
