- Part 01 has a strong focus on Deckard's Voice, this episode will shift to Rachael, the powerful 'helper oscillator' that supports FM, Ring Modulation and pitch envelopes. It provides a sine, saw and pulse waveform and a polarizing circuit to create metallic sounds from any source. It's Deckard's perfect companion module when you're looking for a more authentic CS80 experience. I also used Knobula's Poly Cinematic in an ultimate attempt to add polyphony. It sounds just awesome with Deckard + Rachael in the lead.
The last part of the video worked out extremely well so I hope you'll sit it out to the end. Love this combo! - Видеоклипы
Thanks for sharing. The sound is poetry and subtle power
Omg there a are so few videos exploring this module thanks for this!!
I love hearing this with the polycinematic!
That was just amazing. Sort of like a big fat synth pad, but with all of the great movement and dynamic sound design you can get with a terrific modular patch. I absolutely loved it.
I have a bunch of modules including really good sounding ones (like SE or system80 stuff), but this one has some special magic in it. It has the most natural pure and organic timbre of all I've heard.Just setting a fast lfo and routing it a bit to the vco and filter gives this epic 'vibrating' tone similar to Vangelis liked to use in his earlier albums. Thanks for the demo btw. It looks and sounds great.
We need part 3.
Sublime Robert with the array of modules u have cover every Avenue of Sonic Exploration, another Gem.
Always look forward to your Escapades into the unknown, anomalous tangents🆒🎶🎶🎶🇬🇧🌈🕸⚡️🔱🌟🌟🌟
I use Deckard's Voice and Rachael almost exclusively with a Doepfer ribbon controller and the results never disappoint.
That's a great solution to add expression! Thanks for sharing the tip!
Well And Truly Nailed It!
awesome stuff...so glad to have found your channel...........
Sounds epic, guess that’s why he chose it …that other worldly sound 😊
Stunning. Ok ok I’m in. Deckard needs Rachel
Pretty cool as always !
@ 5:13 it totally reminds me of some of the Tangerine Dream soundtrack for "Near Dark" (vampire flic).
Final descent. Now on glide path, on course. Over the landing threshold.
Beautiful!!
It’s Artificial?…..
Of course it is…😻
I watched another Deckard/Rachael vid that made me never want one. Yours are the opposite. Thanks old man, I have enough G.A.S. already ;-)
Enorme !!!!!!
With a CS-80 it's not just the cost, but also the upkeep ;-)
Definitely, I've seen the insides of a vintage ARP 2600 and it looks like something could break or malfunction just by exposing it to air.

Well, this sound is GRADE A. Actually, .. just of late, .. I've been doing some synth inputting, too. A D-50, .. slaving from a Kenton. It's a nice addition, I think.
Do you watch MATTHS channel at all? Interesting, he uses no FM to speak of and filters/compresses/distorts everything. Different genre of course.
Doesn't ring a bell. I have to check!
