I don't think you would see this - if I commented there - but it relates to the "Speak More Clearly I Daily Practice" video that got 1.7M views - Should we use a live recording of the person? Or a edited RUclips video? Note: I make RUclips videos. -- Also, should we use the same 30-60 second recording every time we practice?
    Thank you in advance!

hello! thank you so much for this wonderful video!! I have a question so i have hypothyroidism but i take my medicine daily and when i sing, it can be quite horse/raspy all the time. Would it be possible that my thyroid issue is causing it?

I've become a huge fan of peppermint tea. I wanted something caffeine free and non-acidic and it's been great. An opera singer friend told me it's antibacterial for the throat too - maybe? - so that's nice. I saw another VOVA who uses Vicks vaoprub as a lip balm in the booth to keep the mouth noises down and inhale the menthol to clear the sinuses. I've been meaning to try that one. I've cut out most dairy products from my diet and have seen an improvement with less congestion.
So what's Finland like?! Emigrating to another country is a trip for the body. When we moved to Australia (From Edinburgh) we had a whole new world of allergens to discover. We now suffer worse in Autumn than Spring. The pollens here don't bother us as much but the damp leaf mold is a killer in Victoria's wet Winters.

Any suggestions for preventing that ‘old lady’ voice as we get older?
