      @@juru6887 I'm not sure, maybe just talking to fewer people? I used to do a lot of public speaking - university lecturer, TA, conference presentations etc. Now I'm working in the industry and aside from a handful of meetings with normal chit chat here and there I don't talk as much. I've always been a faster talker too which naturally makes it more likely for me to slur my words or get them jumbled.

    I learned that people with an overbite need this. When you have an overbite you don’t open your mouth enough and you also speak quicker. This really helps to slow it down and make the words come out clearer.

    I learned two things from. 1st is that it worked!! 2nd is that I need braces. I had trouble holding the pen straight with my front teeth 😂

    This really helps improve the clarity of your speech! By exercising your tongue like this and making use of tongue twisters, the speech will be more crisp and clear!

      @@sajidgouri8331 this exercise is about to make you learn how to place your tongue, to put your tongue down and put it outward. It's crucial if you want to get rid of nasal voice cause we tend to put our tongue up and inward. So keep practicing more times. I still practice this exercise until now, practice a few times a day until you get the feeling.

      sometimes when i speak i camt speak the words completely. sometimes fumbling is also there seems like child is speaking

    This actually enhances word grip on the words you say and hence improves your voice since now you don’t have to concentrate on your tone much. We can be give more stress on our vocabulary in mind then. Thanks a lot miss ❤❤

      @@MrSamM24 it is like bodybuilding. Doing it regularly will improve your command on the words and their pronunciations. Yes it will work permanently to enhance your English

    This technique is used for speakers with speech deficiencies. They forced marbles into my mouth as a kid for a similar effect.

    It definitely works but you have to keep at it for months. That's the only way you'll become a better speaker and better at pronunciation.

    I use to have a stuttering problem but I researched that singing and talk to people works wonders. It definitely helped me out a lot❤

    Whenever i want speak, first i used to repeat it inside my head, so that i can speak clearly... But whenever one in one convo sometimes i sluttet or speak really fast that the person couldnt understand it, now ill try this... 😊

    This is awesome! I’ve been so self conscious of the way I look and sound when I speak. My tongue would come too far forward and I would often sound like I had marbles in my mouth. This simple exercise is training my tongue to stay back thus causing me to sound clearer. Thank you!

      I think it engages the muscles surrounding the mouth more which im guessing encourages clearer pronounciation. I can feel it in them when I do this exercise

    IT WORKED! Someone I only spoke to on the phone loved my voice and agreed to go on a date 😍.... But ran away before I could say a word or even uttter a hello... Maybe it was the stick in my mouth?!... LEELEELEELEELEE 🤣😂

    You can also use a stick instead of a pen, and ask your buddy to whip your back until you have flawless pronunciation.
