Look up McKenzie Methode. I did Updogs every hour, 10 reps where you hold for 2 seconds. I had two lumbar discs herniated. Has this happened to you before? So sorry hear.
Thank you very much!! No, it hasn't. I don't know what happened ,one minute it was OK the other I was in pain . This morning it was a little better until I tried to do some workout and I couldn't move at all . I will try this method and I will do what you did . Hopefully I will be ok soon. Tks again!!!
