    I've been getting asked to add a timer...I know it's not as beautiful as others but this is all NEW to me. I'm working on it. Hope you enjoyed this HEAVY workout and understand that we do NEED to lift heavy sh*t now and than to create change.👍🥰

    This was FANTASTIC!! I love lifting heavy but short rest times to keep that heart rate up. This was excellent . Would love more like this 🙏

    Loved the addition of the timer. Used all the weights 8 to 30. Did all the push ups.

    Michelle - this was one of the most awesome workouts!! It went by so fast. There was no boredom, and I had the ability to move on to the next set knowing I was being challenged. It was a great combination. I hope you do more of these!! I do love having a timer! Thanks!👍😊😊😊👍

    Chris and I just did this one together at the gym we joined today. And it pushed us both. Chris plains to do more of your supersets with me. He appreciates the move previews a lot!

    This was a great workout, love the timer and the beeps. I’ve been looking for a heavy weight workout and this is perfect 👌🏾 I love the useful commentary and letting us know how much you are lifting.     Hell Yes FIRE! At 70 years old I want to push myself on a daily basis that means going heavy 2 times a week then cardio and yoga. I'm going to do one of your piyo workouts next! Love you girl! What brand of protien powder do you use?

    I love this workout!! It was so challenging! I took 2 weeks off and came to this workout I only made it to block 6. Fast-warded 2 days later I came back to this same workout and completed all block.🔥🔥

    I loved this!! Thankyou! Some exercises I was able to go heavy. Others I felt to go easy and focussed on form instead. I really liked the overhead extension with your arms when laying on your back. I layer over a chair so I could get that extra extension. The only improvement could have been an extra round of core as I think core is easily overlooked and I love to get that burn! 🔥

      Thanks for the feedback! As for core...When performing the exercises, use that moderate to heavy load and your CORE needs to work throughout. I agree the core at times get over looked, and you can always do an add on for more when your body feels the need. One more thing to look at and ask yourself...what is my fitness goal, why am I working out, what's the outcome that I'm looking for. SOrry to get so deep on this.😉🥰

    Another great workout! I had to do most of those push-ups on my knees. But, I could still feel it. Yes, I am your 4 a.m. girl. LOL Now off to the shower and get ready for work!

    Any suggestions for how to strengthen my wrists? I find I can't use as heavy of a weight because my wrists hurt. Thank you for today's workout! PS - anyone ever tell you that you look like a dimple-less Jennifer Garner? For reals

      Do wrist curls. Hold onto light dumbbells with palms facing up, roll wrist upwards. Than flip writs down and do it in reverse.
      I have been told I look like Jennifer Garner.😉 A lot. She needs to come do a workout with me. I think she jumps on a Jumpsport trampoline too.

      I give the weight in pounds for just one. So if I say 5's, each hand will hold a 5 pound dumbbell.😉
