I love this workout!! It was so challenging! I took 2 weeks off and came to this workout I only made it to block 6. Fast-warded 2 days later I came back to this same workout and completed all block.🔥🔥

I loved this!! Thankyou! Some exercises I was able to go heavy. Others I felt to go easy and focussed on form instead. I really liked the overhead extension with your arms when laying on your back. I layer over a chair so I could get that extra extension. The only improvement could have been an extra round of core as I think core is easily overlooked and I love to get that burn! 🔥 Thanks for a great workout! Awesome start to my Friday!
Thanks for the feedback! As for core...When performing the exercises, use that moderate to heavy load and your CORE needs to work throughout. I agree the core at times get over looked, and you can always do an add on for more when your body feels the need. One more thing to look at and ask yourself...what is my fitness goal, why am I working out, what's the outcome that I'm looking for. SOrry to get so deep on this.😉🥰

Do wrist curls. Hold onto light dumbbells with palms facing up, roll wrist upwards. Than flip writs down and do it in reverse. I have been told I look like Jennifer Garner.😉 A lot. She needs to come do a workout with me. I think she jumps on a Jumpsport trampoline too.

I give the weight in pounds for just one. So if I say 5's, each hand will hold a 5 pound dumbbell.😉
