It is a great workout for people who can’t do squats and lounges due to knee issues so i keep doing it. It would be great to have more workouts like this as it is so hard to find alternatives.

This was perfect! My right knee has been bothering me the last few days, so I was looking for workouts that will give it a break from my normal more intense workouts (with you of course ;). So this fit the bill! Thanks Michelle for providing us with a variety of workouts and for all levels. You're the best!
*just did this one while i’m away for the weekend at the casino! phew those ankle weights add intensity! i brought limited equipment in the form of a set of three and five lb dumbbells but i doubled them up for certain movements! this was still intense! those down dog push-ups were intense as well as some of the glute movements, etc. it felt good to move my body in different directions!*
I needed this! I am only 54 but I have issues with my feet that make i a pain in the ass to do lunges. And makes it harder on my lower back. So I need more workouts to strengthen the quads and hamstrings to be able to also do my lunges too. The lunges at times make my knees feel like it is gonna pop and it is scary
Another great challenging workout...💙I loved the starburst at the end of the final stretch! ✨I think that should be your signature at the end of each workout.😍
Loved this workout…boy did I feel it. Love the knee friendly workouts…I have knee issues and sometimes sciatic flare ups. This was great! I tend to substitute squats with wall squats. Love to see more workouts with modifications for those of us that may not be able to do all of the hardcore stuff! 😁 thanks

Can u do a total body AMRAP knee friendly one too? I like u have tried to think of us with knee issues. I also need more hamstring work to make it stronger I didn’t know how weak they were till I went to PT

Just want to correct the weight of the ankle weights you're using for my fellows who use kilos and grammes like me. 2.12lbs = 0.96 grammes which will be rounded up to one kilo (1kg). Just for info, 1kg = 2.2lbs. To convert pounds to kilos, we need to divide pounds by 2.2. Anyways, thanks again! ❤️

I don't have any recommendations. I have one pair from Below 5 and another that I purchased years ago that are adjustable weight. Mine on this video are 2.12 lbs. each. I would purchase either 1-2 pounds.
I am 76 with arthritis in my knees, so strengthening my quads is essential. I did this workout with 5 lb. leg weights and am proud of myself!

I really needed the opposition exercises in the 2nd block. That seems to be my weakest part of my core. Another great and never dull workout!❤️
