Loving these heavy weight workouts . They are killing me but I have noticed that it is becoming easier to lift and carry my 50+ lb granddaughter. Thank you! Love you and love your workouts. Burnout achieved! My whole body was shaking those last two blocks through the stretches. I bumped to 20 lbs on some of the moves. Range of weights was 8-20lbs
I upgraded to 20lb weights for some of the exercises especially the rows and squats and some of thr bicep curls. Then down to 15 and 12lbs. Will definitely come back to this to improve. Those plank jacks with Shoulder taps were the hardest. Appreciated your recommendations to incorporate more strength focused workouts and dial back the cardio. Thus spoke to me - a cardio and HIIT junkie
*love to see how much stronger i’ve gotten in many of these movements! i went up to 25 pounds for the single arm rows. used my twenty’s for several of the movements. you are such a life changer!!*
That was awesome! Michelle, thank you for your awesome instructions, because I just found out why my lower back always hurt during deadlifts!! I wasn't lifting from my thighs! I have been in many classes, and no one ever corrected me! I was able to deadlift 25s today! Thank you!!
This was tough, but absolutely fabulous. I did put my 15 pond dumbell together and I used that Andy 10 pound dumbells today. It was the first time in a while I used my 15 pounds in a while because the last time I used them the tendinitis in my elbow started acting up, but I've been using my brace, so I was good. Thank you for another amazing workout ❤❤❤!!!!!!

Also wanted to alert you that for some reason when I view your channel and only yours on my 60 inch Smart TV, most of your titles are substituted with rectangles and X's you can't read the titles at all for some reason this particular workout I can read it doesn't do it to any other channel so you may just want to check your settings out or what they're blocking Maybe
