I've been really into Tabata workouts this past week, and then this one shows up in my notifications! 😄This was SO fun, and very challenging with the intense work intervals and short rest periods! I got super sweaty and my HR stayed up. 😅💦Thank you so much for this, Michelle! I'd love to see more like this, and 40 to 45 minutes is my "sweet spot" for workout length. 👍
I loved this workout. I would love to see more workouts with this format. I felt that the supersets were a perfect balance of work and rest. Thank you for all the workouts you provide on your channel. I am so glad I found you and that I am now a member, because I love having all the variety to choose from. I hope your channel continues to grow!
*update: i just finished this workout and it was absolutely awesome! it’s almost like a superset in the sense that you’re really fatiguing each muscle group for each tabata. i love that it was done 4 times, that was a surprise! took me about 55 minutes to complete the entire video compared to how long it usually takes me. i feel like i’m getting stronger! also loved the extended stretch.*
Definitely looks good. I'm suffering from back pain just now and low impact is ideal to keep me moving. I also love that it is strength focused. Since doing your workouts, I have become so much stronger. I can't thank you enough. Also, to all the haters out there, I feel sad for you. Find a better use for your time! I am sitting here waiting for my hair colourant to work it's magic on my grey hairs. I do this to make myself feel better. I don't care what other people think. I'm too old to care 😊😊. Thanks Michelle and all the other lovely ladies in your team. You motivate and inspire me! Oh, and Tabata is the best 👍
