  • 近期都在分享甜品蛋糕,今天就来做一款咸的糕点吧。这是我们家常吃的芋头糕(福建译音:Orh Kueh)。视频里的操作次序是为了让新手容易理解,实际上可以依个人喜好自行做调整。我们家的芋头糕可能跟你印象中的不太一样。这食谱是我家婆传授的,味道会比较专注在芋头、虾米和葱油上。

    - 20克 绿豆粉
    - 0.25茶匙 五香粉(购买:shp.ee/jkxaqys)
    - 1汤匙 蚝油
    - 1汤匙 酱油
    - 600毫升 清水

    Cannot find mung bean flour in SG. What can we substitute in this case?

      Tapioca flour can be but you need adjust by yourself as it is different with mung bean flour.

    我刚刚试做了,味道超好吃的…可是有一点点软,不够结实..为什么呢?我是跟足食谱的。我用150克3象牌粘米粉和20克木薯粉。请老师指教。谢谢🙏

      你好,很高兴你喜欢。可能是木薯粉的吸水性没绿豆粉的强,下次你可以试看减少50-100克的水。另一个可能是面糊拌炒得不够收水?也有可能我们喜欢的口感不一样?你下次再试看减少水份看看😊

      木薯粉比例多好像芋圆才会QQ,我们的是粘米粉多的是软糯的口感。

    请问绿豆粉是印尼条装的吗?如果没有绿豆粉可以换什么粉呢?

      你好,不是那个哦,它们是不一样的。可以用木薯粉替代。主要是增加Q弹的口感。

    請問放綠豆粉的原因是什麼?沒有綠豆粉可否放澄麵?

      放绿豆粉是增加Q弹的口感,也可以用木薯粉替代或只用粘米粉。不过不同粉的吸水性有差别,请自己再调整一下水的分量。

      Hi, you can get in baking material shop, mine one is just a transparent packaging. the mung bean flour is optional. You can substitute with tapioca flour. It is to enhance the chewy taste.
