  • We are going to install and test a Corsa Air Intake for a 2020 Mustang GT. The goal would be to obtain a baseline HP/Torque measurement on our "factory" Mustang, then install our new intake and retest to verify results (HP/TQ difference). The Dyno Runs will be done only a few days apart with the same fuel and temperature conditions (to minimize outside factors).
Note: Per CORSA, "Disconnecting the battery before installation may reset the computer and clear old air flow data to help prevent CEL errors."

@@mcgurrentertainment I like it, it was easy to install and the clear lid looks nice, I cut the vinyl strips it came with to make a red/white/blue stripe under the corsa lettering

Curious what the factory intake with an aftermarket drop in would have been

Interesting... I have a 2016 GT 5.0 and was looking to purchase the Corsa Cold Air Intake. However, ran into the CARB compliant BS in California and couldn't obtain one from every company I tried. Blessing in disguise.
Ended up purchasing the Ford Performance PP2 Cold Air Intake (CARB compliant) that came with the larger GT350 Throttle-body, 87mm compared to 80mm stock that included a race-tune (it was easy) and switched out the MAF with a Granatelli (the orignial failed badly). Anyway, if your going to spend some money on a cold-air intake set-up, spend the extra money and get the Ford Performance PP2 set-up.
One of my questions is, why in the world would a cold-air intake system include a "reducer" on the intake pipe? I understand it is due to fitment to a stock throttle-body, but doesn't that negate the the entire purpose of extra air flow? To me, that is why it didn't dyno that much more than stock.
The Ford Perfomance PP2 system, along with the Granatelli MAF and MBRP Race Exhaust with H-Pipe boosted my GT from 435 HP to 480.61 HP. I can't remember the torque increase at this time exactly as it has been a while, but it was around plus 20 Torque on top of stock.
OH! And I just had it Smogged on March 12th 2024 to renew the stupid CA Registration and it passed with flying colors.
My point is, if your going to do it, do it right! Don't get ripped off!
Lastly, the install of the PP2 was straight-forward and even simpler than the Corsa. Yet, I degress, installing the new GT350 Throttle-body took some time in order to fit it in the tight spot! Shut up wiza-guys, I know that is what she said! LoL
