Discovered this strength exercise a few weeks ago.Thank you, just what I need at my age. I just celebrated my 90th birthday! I also do have several of your discs. Love them all.
Hey Sarah, I've been using your chair videos for a few years now, Monday thru Saturday, this is the perfect addition for Sunday morning, a great video. But I am envious of that chair, it has done so much travelling and to such beautiful locations. 😃

When I work out with the light weights, I find it fine to do daily but I also like to switch it up with some of the other light weight videos to change up the muscles I’m working. Hope this helps! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
