Thank you Sarah! Wow, this was awesome - I loved you telling me when to breathe in & out while doing weights! I only used 2 lb. weights but very effective. (No wonder you have sculpted muscles) It looks like you draw a crowd (must be wannabe "rock" stars behind you - hah!) This nature spot was so effective - you & your hubby have practiced eyes when it comes to finding new spots! You are both awesome!

First time doing this one and I loved it Sarah! I dropped the weights for the 3rd interval because it’s been awhile since I’ve done light weights. I feel strong and relaxed right now. Will drink lots of water today. Thank you for sharing my friend.

Thanks Sarah, great arm workout! As I have a muscle disorder that primarily affects my legs, I do all workouts out of a chair. Love your chair yoga videos. I do them at least four times a week. Keep up the great work and keep them coming!
