I looked up that lady. She has writing and directing credits. Of 13 shows and or movies that have all flopped or essentially been cancelled due to poor quality and bad consumer reviews. In 2021 during an interview she stated "I have not seen any Star Wars movie yet."......

This is exactly the problem. They are sacrificing good writers and story telling to be politically correct and promote woke culture in the real world. Any decision made is not done for creative reasons but for political reasons. I now have 0% interest in star wars and refuse to watch any new thing come out. Because even if there is 5% good the other 95% of the product is inexcusable. It's like polishing a terd at this point. I would rather watch and view things that are actually creative and this is the problem with star wars fans. At one point my best friend and I could do the entire fight scene between Kenobi and Maul full speed with broomsticks, just to give a hint of some context on how it impacted my life. When I was born I had some deficiencies, I had problems with my internal organs and to fix this a couple years later I had to have surgery which lead to having a disfiguring scar my entire life on the right side of my stomach which I still try to hide, but that’s not the point of this story. I can still remember being woken up in the hospital surrounded by flowers and Star Wars toys, the next 20 years would be dedicated to everything Star Wars, and then Disney took over… And now I can’t even look at the fuckin’ thing anymore without feeling disgusted, I haven’t lost interest, their stories are reused unoriginal trash for kids with hidden political messages, this isn’t what George would’ve wanted.

Star Wars was huge in my childhood. At one point in my life I was able to recite the original trilogy movies almost word for word. I read the dark horse comics had all the toys played all the games. I had really hoped to share my passion of Star Wars with my kids when they were little. I seen all the Disney Star Wars movies on release date and decided it’s not even worth wasting my kids time introducing them to this or the previous series knowing how Disney changed it. For what Disney did to obi wan, boba fett, Luke skywalker and the original cast of the movies, and now mando!? they should be ashamed of themselves.
Similar situation. I saw all 3 movies in theaters within (I think) a week, maybe week and a half of release. I'll admit, The Force Awakens didn't suck on my first viewing. I felt they were trying to find their footing and had plans to fix or explain some of the weird character decisions. But The Last Jedi was the first film to ever disapoint me.
I am so glad she didnt witness Harvey doing despicable things literally dozens and dozens of people „witnessed“. She is so lucky, that this show will definitely be a hit!

1999 was awesome. Star wars was at fever pitch. Darth Maul posters were at every bus stop. There were pepsi cans with Liam Neeson and Ewan Mcgregor on them. One of my friends had his hair done like Qui Gonn months before the movie came out. Weird Al had the song which was great. And when phantom menace dropped in theatres, the lights dimmed and boom the music kicked in and the logo appeared it gave you chills. That was an amazing time. Now days Star Wars is a punchline at best. At least we still have the 6 movies to enjoy.

Yeah... Star Wars is just another front in the ongoing war on civilization. They bought it because, not only is it another beloved traditional story of masculine virtues they can degrade and debase in order to demoralize us, it's also a particularly suitable, ready-made vehicle for the critique of organized religion. Any franchise is worth destroying at this point, especially the big, true, beloved ones like Star Wars and LOTR. But this one was especially worth the insane price tag because the existing worldbuilding makes it easier to present the universe's organized religion as antagonistic. Certainly the heroes of this story are going to buck heads with the Jedi hierarchy, they'll probably heroically question Jedi doctrine and glorify heresy, and the heroes' ultimate victory over the film's antagonists (who will still need to be traditionally evil, probably Sith, since the culture's not quite ready to fully invert morality) will only be achieved by throwing off the shackles of the Jedi Order and becoming liberated, atomized individuals. And the cherry on top will be that the Sith will no longer personify actual sins like wrath and pride, since those are now virtues in the new moral order these films are churned out to promote. Instead, the great sin of the Sith in _The Acolyte_ will be their hatred of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Maybe they'll show the Sith ridiculing minorities or conspiring to put an end to immigration on Coruscant. It's conceivable the Sith won't even be the antagonists, though. The Jedi could just straightforwardly be the antagonists in this series, it would not surprise me at all.
Remember, the people cheering when she said that was also the same mentality that said "it's just made for kid, with space wizards." , "it's just fiction.", "It's not real, so why are you getting so bent out of shape?." The sheer hypocrisy.

The first time I experienced Star Wars from the perspective of the bad guys was in 1994 when the Tie Fighter game came out. Watching Disney make all this horrible "content" really underlines that the old EU content I enjoyed as a kid was truly a thing for a more civilized age.
Just one glance at that cast list of "young dudes" was all I needed to know. On the up side I just saved 10 hours of my life to watch something actually worth watching.
Who else as a child reconstructed lightsaber fights just using their hands and two different coloured straws? Look, in a vast universe, there is simply no way that there can be only two sith, for numerous reasons, the most obvious of which is that the sith are, by definition, powerful and evil (and evil people will always ignore rules if it suits them). All sith would inherently want to destroy other sith as obvious threats to their plans. Given that the jedi are bad enough enemies without sith as well, sith would naturally seek to ally themselves with other sith at some point, somewhere, but any such alliance would be fraught with danger as they know that no sith can be trusted. I know that if I was a sith, I wouldn't follow any such rule. There would also be sith that would develop totally unknown to one another especially since the sith don't use the force for knowledge i.e. unlike the jedi, they don't see things through the force such as the emergence of a sith somewhere else in the universe.
The way she dresses though especially those face shield sized glasses, its the look of trying too hard to be different to the point of being fake like her personality. God the casting choices of star wars hurts more these days.
In my years of learning Psychology, you can tell when she looks to the crowd right after saying, star wars saved my life in a fake cry she wanted to see what their reaction was, because that was her intention the entire time.. a fake cry and story to get a reaction

When I was born I had some deficiencies, I had problems with my internal organs and to fix this a couple years later I had to have surgery which lead to having a disfiguring scar my entire life on the right side of my stomach which I still try to hide, but that’s not the point of this story. I can still remember being woken up in the hospital surrounded by flowers and Star Wars toys, the next 20 years would be dedicated to everything Star Wars, and then Disney took over… And now I can’t even look at the fuckin’ thing anymore without feeling disgusted, I haven’t lost interest, their stories are reused unoriginal trash for kids with hidden political messages, this isn’t what George would’ve wanted.
Disney tossing Lucas’s scripts is like buying Gordon Ramsay’s recipe book and then just tossing that recipe book away cus you think you can cook better and fail epically .

Star Wars was huge in my childhood. At one point in my life I was able to recite the original trilogy movies almost word for word. I read the dark horse comics had all the toys played all the games. I had really hoped to share my passion of Star Wars with my kids when they were little. I seen all the Disney Star Wars movies on release date and decided it’s not even worth wasting my kids time introducing them to this or the previous series knowing how Disney changed it. For what Disney did to obi wan, boba fett, Luke skywalker and the original cast of the movies, and now mando!? they should be ashamed of themselves.
Similar situation. I saw all 3 movies in theaters within (I think) a week, maybe week and a half of release. I'll admit, The Force Awakens didn't suck on my first viewing. I felt they were trying to find their footing and had plans to fix or explain some of the weird character decisions. But The Last Jedi was the first film to ever disapoint me.
I am so glad she didnt witness Harvey doing despicable things literally dozens and dozens of people „witnessed“. She is so lucky, that this show will definitely be a hit!

1999 was awesome. Star wars was at fever pitch. Darth Maul posters were at every bus stop. There were pepsi cans with Liam Neeson and Ewan Mcgregor on them. One of my friends had his hair done like Qui Gonn months before the movie came out. Weird Al had the song which was great. And when phantom menace dropped in theatres, the lights dimmed and boom the music kicked in and the logo appeared it gave you chills. That was an amazing time. Now days Star Wars is a punchline at best. At least we still have the 6 movies to enjoy.

Yeah... Star Wars is just another front in the ongoing war on civilization. They bought it because, not only is it another beloved traditional story of masculine virtues they can degrade and debase in order to demoralize us, it's also a particularly suitable, ready-made vehicle for the critique of organized religion. Any franchise is worth destroying at this point, especially the big, true, beloved ones like Star Wars and LOTR. But this one was especially worth the insane price tag because the existing worldbuilding makes it easier to present the universe's organized religion as antagonistic. Certainly the heroes of this story are going to buck heads with the Jedi hierarchy, they'll probably heroically question Jedi doctrine and glorify heresy, and the heroes' ultimate victory over the film's antagonists (who will still need to be traditionally evil, probably Sith, since the culture's not quite ready to fully invert morality) will only be achieved by throwing off the shackles of the Jedi Order and becoming liberated, atomized individuals. And the cherry on top will be that the Sith will no longer personify actual sins like wrath and pride, since those are now virtues in the new moral order these films are churned out to promote. Instead, the great sin of the Sith in _The Acolyte_ will be their hatred of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Maybe they'll show the Sith ridiculing minorities or conspiring to put an end to immigration on Coruscant. It's conceivable the Sith won't even be the antagonists, though. The Jedi could just straightforwardly be the antagonists in this series, it would not surprise me at all.

The first time I experienced Star Wars from the perspective of the bad guys was in 1994 when the Tie Fighter game came out. Watching Disney make all this horrible "content" really underlines that the old EU content I enjoyed as a kid was truly a thing for a more civilized age.
Still my favourite SW game... It even had Thrawn. 😅

Who else as a child reconstructed lightsaber fights just using their hands and two different coloured straws? Sounds silly now, but that's how much the original Starwars had an impact on popular culture that it would even ignite your imagination at the dinner table with your parents attempt to get you to finish your food...
Imagine purchasing a well known and much loved brand with loyal fans and multiple possibilities and then watching it all go down the pan in less than 10 years.

She and Kathy clearly never read Plagueis. The entire book is from the perspective of the villains. Never once does it make you feel for Plagueis or Palpatine because they're power hungry murderous psychopaths. It's certainly fun to read from the perspective of the villains. But that doesn't mean it makes you feel sorry for them. I know that expecting them to know stuff like this or to have read the books is asking too much, but it's just pathetic at this point.

Look, in a vast universe, there is simply no way that there can be only two sith, for numerous reasons, the most obvious of which is that the sith are, by definition, powerful and evil (and evil people will always ignore rules if it suits them). All sith would inherently want to destroy other sith as obvious threats to their plans.
Given that the jedi are bad enough enemies without sith as well, sith would naturally seek to ally themselves with other sith at some point, somewhere, but any such alliance would be fraught with danger as they know that no sith can be trusted. I know that if I was a sith, I wouldn't follow any such rule. There would also be sith that would develop totally unknown to one another especially since the sith don't use the force for knowledge i.e. unlike the jedi, they don't see things through the force such as the emergence of a sith somewhere else in the universe.
The way she dresses though especially those face shield sized glasses, its the look of trying too hard to be different to the point of being fake like her personality. God the casting choices of star wars hurts more these days.
In my years of learning Psychology, you can tell when she looks to the crowd right after saying, star wars saved my life in a fake cry she wanted to see what their reaction was, because that was her intention the entire time.. a fake cry and story to get a reaction

I stopped watching his SW movies because I am just so disappointed and disgusted that he made such a cop out on this beloved series. The original Star Wars had no price on it. Not for 2 billion, not for 20 billion, not for 200 billion. I have no doubt in my mind he doesn’t rest easy at night, seeing his creation get this treatment.
