When the sons are adults and Charlie is about to leave and goes to get kisses from all 3, that was actually Jim Carrey improvising a take to see what they would do, and all 3 of the actors who played his kids responded perfectly!

Renee Zelwegger normally does romantic movies which I can take or leave, but she's genuinely funny in this. Some of her facial expressions are hilarious, and her timing is great. Obviously no-one is competing with Carrey for the physical comedy, but she's holding her own against major competition. Bravo Renee.

She was apparently up for the lead role in Chasing Amy. Which would have been interesting IMO.

"there's something about mary" is another movie by the farelly brothers i like alot. the humor is similar in its awkwardness, which i really like.

After seeing the deleted scenes I kinda wish they left the watermelon part in just so people get freaked out and grossed out by what Charlie did with the watermelon when looking at Irene’s picture.

You have to check out The Majestic with Jim carry. It's a great movie.

First she needs to watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It was a much bigger hit than Majestic was.
The Majestic was a huge flop

Even though everyone is mean/ take advantage of him. Whitey and his sons are the real ones in the movies. Especially his sons. They’re hilarious 😂

This was the most under appreciated Jim Carrey movie… out of his comedies. Alot of people think that Cable Guy was his most underrated movie, No… this movie was way more underrated than Cable Guy

He went to the toilet that way not because of a bner, but because he had cheese dried on his snake to change the direction of the flow lol.

I grew up on a lot of comedies and Jim Carrey films were always some of favorites, but My all time favorite movie and Carrey movie will always be "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" which is a far cry from comedy.

This is an amazing movie. I think I had some sort of breakdown, having all of my feelings coming out at once. Laughing, crying, being furious at the same time, it was horrible.
And literally holding my head together in my hands.
I dont have kids, but love his relationship with his sons. Or step sons. Whatever, blood isnt thicker than water.
And maybe one beautiful day I will meet a girl too.

Farrelly Brothers biggest hit movie was There's Something About Mary (1998) starring Cameron Diaz and Ben Stiller. Shallow Hal (2001) starring Jack Black is pretty good also.

I've only seen this movie once. I like it. I just feel that bad for Charlie. Lol. Mary related? I can see that. Mary is calm. She's sweet then someone says something she thinks is dumb or doesn't want to talk about and her Hank snaps back. 😆
