Also hoping they reduce the Pod size soon too as the CGM companies seem to be heavily working on this for their options and upgrades. It would be great if the pump companies could start putting more emphasis on wearability and comfort for users now too and usually this means making things less bulky. It’s great that Omnipod have people working on this.

I think Eric was pretty straightforward and I coming from a corporate environment; safety, and taking time to release any new product for safety reasons always come first. Look at what they have done with the Omnipod-5. It took me 40 years of being on MDI to trust a pump and with Omnipod-5 they won me over. I have been on it for 8 months and would not go back. I believe that even greater things are going to come out of Insulet.

How often do you get errors from the omnipod? I have freestyle libre 2 and often get alerts of missing signal or errors😊

Exciting stuff! Can't wait to see the extended lifespan of a pump. Will they make a two-piece system like G6 is? So the working pump can be placed over the new cannula patch to another place in order to reduce scar tissue? As I know on other pumps the cannula site should be changed every 2-3 days as well.

I don’t think that’s how it will work based of what they told me. They like the all in one design

I was hoping he would say when it is coming to Australia down under. I am on multiple daily injections and I am thinking about switching only interested in Omni pod five. - Doesn’t seem to do it for me.

iPhone App is coming ? It was a Selling point to move from the Dash to the OP5 (Horizon) over a year ago, what happened ? the android versions are for out dated phones. your questions where not to get to the point, you don't use the OP5 and still use the Dash because the loop system is a better way, also has iPhone/apple watch control very easy to use.

A couple of nuggets of info lost in tons of PR filtered corporate buzzword babble. Kind of disappointed by the lack of straightforward honesty and candor from mr corner-office.
