    Hello po,me nga 3days 4days bago mag bawas kahit sobra sa water in take w/salt,ok lang no problem,kasi nga po konti lang ang nilaman ng tiyan kaya konti lang ang waise na illabas,given na po yon n no wories,thank you po GODBLESS

    Noong bago pa lang ako sa low carb, nagkoconstipate ako. Minsan narinig ko sa iyong vlog na puedeng kumain ng kanin basta isang cup o 50 grams ng carb. Nagtrial ako ng 2 kutsara sa gabi at 2 kutsara sa breakfast. Apat na kutsarang kanin sa isang araw hindi naman makapagpataas ng insulin kasi isang cup ng kanin ay puede sabi mo. Napansin ko umaayus ang popo, ang movement ng pops ko halos araw araw na. Pero dahil my almuranas ako gabi gabi akong kumakain ng gulay, saluyot, okra at iba pa.

    Pero khit dirty lowcarb ang ingredients ng niluluto ko nbabawasan pdin nman ang timbang ko 18 fasting two meal in aday nlng ako di ako nkkramdam ng gutom tnx lowcarb family s mga vds nyo

    Good evening doc almost 2 weeks n akong walang kanin kaya lang minsan nkakaain ako ng bread kun myroon pansnack at hindi p ako ngpasting doc kasi kaoopera ko lang noong august 20, 2021 kain parin ako 3x a day pero wala talagang rice doc salamat Doc every morning iniinum ko hot water at 1 kalamansi at ang tubig ko psrating my mainit n tubig thank you so much watching from Palo Leyte

    Opo. Every morning po, ngbowel movement ako po, nang kumakain ako nang kanin. Ganoon po nangyari po sa akin gusto ko po mgbawas pero hndi na labas, nang hindi nako nakain nang kanin po. Sabi ko bakit hndi ako araw araw na ngbawas.

    Constipated po ako b4 Dra, minsan every 3 to 4 days bago mag bawas, ngaun po everyday na minsan 2x a day pa po. 1 week na pong LOW CARB

    Hahaha! Tutuo po yan Dra.Rojo...
    Ganon din nangyare sa akin 3x a day na lang po ako nagpu poop sometime 2x a day..pero di ko na pinapansin.. naisip ko lang na dahil no Carbs na ako.
    Gumaling pa nga yung aking almoranas. Pag maraming gulay na nakain ko talagang poop na ako. Thank u po Dra.sa walang sawa na advices sa aming mga readers and watchers on your videos.Have a wonderful day!💐💐💐

    Good day Doc. Dati takot po ako dahil ilang days po ako bago magdeficate at may nagsabi din regular magpoops dapat 3 times a week at constipated na kapag 2 to 3 days bago magbawas. Salamat po sa malinaw na explanation regarding eating LC. It helps a lot on my part for three weeks 18 hrs po bago kumain and may good effect po talaga sa pakiramdam. Thank you!

    Tama po dr ako dati nuong dipa ako ng low carb at dipa ngpasting everyday ako nagdudumi bat naw po minsan 2 days di ako nagdudumi jejejeje kala ko nga din masama ngayon alam kuna na dipala masama

    Salamat Doc, since nag low carb ako, nagbago ang metabolism ko dati everyday before and after breakfast nag i eliminate ako but now hindi na at konti na lang kahit lagi naman akong kumakain ng gula.Hindi naman ako constipated.

    Started a low carb diet and intermittent fasting. This is true that I don't go to the washroom that much anymore. Before, about 3x a day with a lot of poop. It changed when I started lc diet and intermittent fasting. At least now I know. Thanks Doc.

    Hi doc, good day, i do the LC for a week now and as you said about eating ,i feel a little bit worry about going to the toilet, but now i'm fine and very well understand. Thank you . God bless you more.

      The same here I'm already 1 week in lc diet...kc before hindi pa ako nag lo lowcarb everyday ako nagbabawas so i fully understand now...so nothing to worry about then 🙂

    Hirap ako mag popo doc sapul ako ng lawcarb sakit pwet ko Kasi subra tibi tlaga d ba ako mag ka almuranas

      Add daily water with salt intake lang po. And huwag natin pilitin kapag wala pa. It's natural na hindi tayo everyday kapag naka low carb.
