I just subscribed. Dinner is my BIG meal lots of white rice and maybe it's the reason why i am awake around 4AM and can't go back to sleep. I want to try to omit carbs or at least try to a minimum. I want some guidance.

Doc good day puwede po bang himingi ng request kung pupuwede at pahihintulutan mo,, isa sanang mabisang sleeping tab.or capsule para makaiwas lang po sa liqour na cya po ang nagagawa ko na pampatulog sana nga po ma suggestsan po nyo ako ng mabisa na pampatulog at matulungan po nyo ako, kahit may edad na po ako ay gusto ko pa rin pangalagahan ang kalusugan ko po.
Doc masarap tulog kopo kahit everyday 16 hrs fasting ginagawa ko.From 62 kls. 58kls nalang ako now for 45 days po.Hindi nadin masakit paa ko at nawala na pamamaga. Thankyou.

Yan po problema ko doc. 4 hours lang ang tulog ko. Usually mga 12 midnight na ako makakatulog.
Yung inplamation ko sa kaliwang pulso Hindi na po nawawala matagal na Hindi na po ako nainom ng pain reliever o anti inplamation Kasi nawawala pero nabalik din...naandito po ako sa Nueva Ecija bukid po...
then naging ok po ang bs at hba1c

Agad akong nkkatulog. Pghiga ko saglit lang tulog ako. Pero after 4 hours gising na. Alam ko malalim ang tulog ko. Active ako during the day kahit 4 hrs lang sleep ko. Anything wrong?

Napanood ko po mga video mo about Low Carb.nag try po ako, Nag LC po ako ng 3days na po, Nag LC na po ako, may na maga po sa braso ko, nawala sumunod sa left nawala, next sa tuhod at talampakan nawala din po. On the 4th days nag I.F po ako ng 13hrs, Next 15hrs. gang 16-20hrs.kaya ko naman po, wala naman po ako naramdaman, malakas po pa rin po ako.magaan pa rin po pakiramdam ko kahit maghapon po ako mag trabaho sa bahay. Napansin po ng anak ko nawala na ang pag hilik ko. Ang pumalit po ay nag sasalit ako at nangha hampas ko po sya. Sa gabi po bigla po ako na gigising tapos mga ilang minuto uli bago ko makatulog. Pero maaan na naman po pakiramdam ko pag gising sa umaga. 52yrs.old at 47kls.po ako
Mostly nababasa ko sa studies 2-3 hours after a meal.

4 months na akong no rice bumaba ang timbang ko 50 - 42 tumaas ang cholesterol ko at bp.
Yan ang cnasabi ko, diet is not fits all, advice is eat fats, talagang tataas cholesterol and bp, I wonder how will cardiologist react to this.
