Exceptional lecture. Of all of your lectures this video is the best one because it covers a prevalent issue that no one covers and is overlooked & dismissed by the american healthcare system. Thanks for pointing out the insulin factor. I have never been able to gain weight my entire life. I followed all the advice from body builders, nutritionists and personal trainers. They all told me my weight problem was because I didn't eat enough which proved to be their ignorance since I was consuming 5000 calories a day and never gained a single pound. My metabolism is so fast that I woke up during surgery within 20 minutes after administration of the anesthesia because my body burned through the anesthesia three times faster than most people and the surgeon told me he had never seen anyone with a metabolic rate as fast as mine. I've been in a catabolic state for about 40 years to no avail. Not one of my relatives are overweight so it's looking like a genetic predisposition but I do have major GI issues so maybe it's a malabsorption condition.

This is me. I was on years of PPIs and antacids and then one day i got a UTI and needed antibiotics and that just messed me up. Tendons, muscles aches, popping and cracking in my tendons/ joints. Same. I eat buckets macadamia (718 calories per 100g weight) but it seems to just 'burn away'. My 'gut' tells me I should do starch diet. But then it's BS spikes, bloating and feeling non-satiated all the time...and also, will I really gain??
Fructose should be limited to 25gr/day as it needs to be processed by the liver which has limited capacity to do so. Above that and the fructose starts damaging everything. Nuts are really harmful, though macadamias are the least offensive. Nuts are very hard to digest due to enzyme inhibitors. They give you way too much Omega 6/3. Contain heavy metals. They're poisonous like all seeds, and thus should be avoided.
Wow, what a great video! A lot of information, plenty of more to learn and all for free! That's crazy that a person who is not a doctor and has to show disclaimer about it has better info than any doctor's or fitness blogger's videos I've ever seen so far. All they do is recommend getting more iron and vitamin b12 or even spread myths about body types and uncontrollable metabolism. While you actually give me some hope that I can do something more! Problem with me is i can eat, have appetite but food gets digeated too quick, the more i eat, more i run to toilet... and its not even constipation or diaorhea. Normal bowel movement but frequency increase due to eating more
Eat more fat. I eat animal based and have noticed that I feel more satiated with higher fat meals. I also don’t feel the need to eat carbs or snack between meals either.

So if I get this correctly, if you dont digest the food properly (even proteins, fats) they will have to be broken down by microbs/viruses/parasites that would eat/ferment it and they will create whole lotta byproducts. Hm this’ll be good to study. Whenever I workout or sweat I feel awful. Not sure if im losing electrolytes or water soluble vitamins. I’ve also been skinny my whole life. There was only one time in my whole life recently that I started to gain weight. It was a miracle that I saw my arms and they started to get thicker. I write down what I eat so I can tell you what might’ve helped. I was eating lentils and greek yogurt everyday. Maybe it’s because it was a nice hot soup which I ate in the morning and at night. It’s interesting you mention bone broth. I guess my body had an easier time digesting the soup and extracting nutrients. I have to find the root cause of why I can’t digest food properly.

@Vivantthapachhetri hey, funny you ask because i lost around 10 kg also but now i gained it all back and more. I was 74 kg then 64 kg now 77 kg. I eat around 3000 kcal a day , you need to eat more than you burn. Add some smoothies with wallnuts and banana thats what i did and helped me tremendously to gain in a healthy way.
@Vivantthapachhetri I went from 200 b12 to 460 now in one year with b12 supplement, the best type of b12 pill is the one you put under your tongue for best absorption. Remember this is supplement. You should eat eggs, and drink milk to increase your b12 along with supplement. For the diet, eat healthy but caloric food, its more expensive but your health is most important too. Wallnuts and any nuts will help you, only 100 gr contains around 600 calories. 1 avocado contains around 200 calories. If you make a smoothie with 1 liter milk or kefir, with 100 gr of wallnuts and 1 avocado, You will have around 1300 calories. This is supplement to your own meal. For the rest just eat regular food, fish, meat, rice, pasta, bread etc. Eat every day around 2500-2700 calories for couple months and see if your weight increase. If it does not increase then add a little more nuts and avocado. To your diet.

Would adult acne signify a digestive issue or would one need to exhibit more than one symptom ? My husband has been gradually losing muscle mass past few years but he doesn’t have any of the digestive symptoms you outline in your video except for the adult acne which he’s had his entire life. He eats carnivore so that could be why he doesn’t exhibit other digestive issues like bloating, acid reflux etc.
If he eats carnivore but is losing muscle, that's a sign right there. Not everyone can do carnivore or stay on a lengthy amount of time. Sounds like he has a hormone imbalance. All the meat could be increasing his estrogen (yes men have it) or androgens to create the acne. My man has had acne all his life but has other issues as well. He eats pretty good with me but won't take any major steps to change his diet to try to correct the problems.

I am actually looking into this because certainly carnivore didn't heal my gut and seems to be microbiome related... I saw a video stating "eating carnivore won't restore the lost microbiome" and it made sense! I cook all my meat so the amount of live cultures is quite low and most likely the remaining bacteria don't even survive the stomach acid.

Hi Kick It Naturally, I have severe weight loss despite eating well, down to 56kgs/124lbs from 74kgs/167lbs in last 3 years. Im 5'9" tall so badly underweight and struggling to walk! Tried many practitioner protocols but still lose weight. I also have slow motility, constipation, bloating, belching/gas. I was diagnosed with minimal pancreatitis in Jan 2020, took pancreatic enzymes to reduce pancreas pain in 2021, elastase was low at 208 but in 2022 increased to 378. Since 2022 I find I dont really need enzymes, but pain is more related to gallbladder/bile flow. I find tudca and sunflower lecithin really helps reduce pain and also improve bowel movements, but still lose weight. Tried the Moritz liver flush and passed lots of sludge/stones & appears that I need to get this out of me. My bilirubin is elevated, was over 30 before, no gluten/dairy diet has brought this down to 24 but needs to be below 21 - Ive read many times the flushes bring bilirubin back into normal range. I had methane sibo in 2021, and still have this in recent test so my new practitioner has provided treatments including the biphasic diet which makes sense with no sweet potatoes, no grains, no fruit for 4-6weeks as these could have been feeding sibo previously. As I have tingling in hands/feet in the morning if I eat too many potatoes or rice the night before, I suspect I have blood sugar or insulin issues, Dr tests have been okay though. I also can feel weight coming off me in the mornings so could be a lack of anabolic state so will see all your videos to see if your practices can help! FYI, all my issues began from an awful Dr prescribing naproxen I never needed, 1 cap with omeprazole caused acid reflux &h pylori. Took antibiotics/PPIs, managed to get better in 2015 but the following year reflux came back, Drs prescribed PPIs which were gradually making me worse. Was also stressed at work in London, break up with partner, tried a plant digestive enzyme in June 2019 and got blood stools 3 times, diarrhoea for 2 weeks losing 5kgs!! Have been losing weight ever since, appears this was like a food poisoning/infection event that shut down my normal digestion! My practitioner has recommended limbic therapy so will try and start this. I tried Motil Pro and 1 cap felt like it turned on my vagus nerve, bowels were rumbling &I passed stools within an hour. Stools had lots of mucus, not sure whether this is the stuff like biofilm, yeast etc preventing me from absorbing foods!? Issue with Motil Pro appears that as bowels are moving better, it puts strain on my gallbladder/bile flow pain so not sure if I should continue taking!? Wow that's a lot to deal with. Sounds like your body is badly alkaline but definitely walk through his course. Seems like you can really study and get a lot out of the information. I've started it as well but having trouble finding betane hc acid anywhere locally or ph test strips! Another guy I started watching was Dr Berg but I think kick it naturally provides a new understanding to why and when to do things. Keep researching!

Exceptional lecture. Of all of your lectures this video is the best one because it covers a prevalent issue that no one covers and is overlooked & dismissed by the american healthcare system. Thanks for pointing out the insulin factor. I have never been able to gain weight my entire life. I followed all the advice from body builders, nutritionists and personal trainers. They all told me my weight problem was because I didn't eat enough which proved to be their ignorance since I was consuming 5000 calories a day and never gained a single pound. My metabolism is so fast that I woke up during surgery within 20 minutes after administration of the anesthesia because my body burned through the anesthesia three times faster than most people and the surgeon told me he had never seen anyone with a metabolic rate as fast as mine. I've been in a catabolic state for about 40 years to no avail. Not one of my relatives are overweight so it's looking like a genetic predisposition but I do have major GI issues so maybe it's a malabsorption condition.

Me too. Eventually it really bothered me. But then I realized, “why do I care what’s posted”. If anything it pushed me to do my own research. I took time away from Netflix and quit social media (minus RUclips). And that gave me the time to slowly figure it out and put me on the right path (my own path) to healing. Other people don’t even exist anymore. You have to keep looking for your answers. You’ll stumble. Maybe even spend a few days in the er. But I promise you. If you never give up. You’ll get it.

i know the feels. i lose weight WAY too easily. it takes me MONTHS, to YEARS, to gain a measly 10 pounds only to get depressed and lose all my progress in a span of 1-2 weeks.

This is me. I was on years of PPIs and antacids and then one day i got a UTI and needed antibiotics and that just messed me up. Tendons, muscles aches, popping and cracking in my tendons/ joints. My 'gut' tells me I should do starch diet. But then it's BS spikes, bloating and feeling non-satiated all the time...and also, will I really gain??
Fructose should be limited to 25gr/day as it needs to be processed by the liver which has limited capacity to do so. Above that and the fructose starts damaging everything.
Nuts are really harmful, though macadamias are the least offensive. Nuts are very hard to digest due to enzyme inhibitors. They give you way too much Omega 6/3. Contain heavy metals. They're poisonous like all seeds, and thus should be avoided.

41yrs old female here. Eat alot but cant gain weight. Have compression vascular and nerve issues which i think contributes as of lavk of healthy blood flow. This makes a lot of sense now. So if I get this correctly, if you dont digest the food properly (even proteins, fats) they will have to be broken down by microbs/viruses/parasites that would eat/ferment it and they will create whole lotta byproducts. The fermentation buildup will probably cause anxiety symptoms and certain byproducts can make you feel sick and even show symptoms like acne. And..environment like that is probably perfect for all the viruses, parasites, bacteria to thrive off this undigested food

Hm this’ll be good to study. Whenever I workout or sweat I feel awful. Not sure if im losing electrolytes or water soluble vitamins. I’ve also been skinny my whole life. There was only one time in my whole life recently that I started to gain weight. It was a miracle that I saw my arms and they started to get thicker. I write down what I eat so I can tell you what might’ve helped. I was eating lentils and greek yogurt everyday. Maybe it’s because it was a nice hot soup which I ate in the morning and at night. It’s interesting you mention bone broth. I guess my body had an easier time digesting the soup and extracting nutrients. I have to find the root cause of why I can’t digest food properly.

I was 74 kg then 64 kg now 77 kg.
I eat around 3000 kcal a day , you need to eat more than you burn.
Add some smoothies with wallnuts and banana thats what i did and helped me tremendously to gain in a healthy way.
@Vivantthapachhetri I went from 200 b12 to 460 now in one year with b12 supplement, the best type of b12 pill is the one you put under your tongue for best absorption.
Remember this is supplement.
You should eat eggs, and drink milk to increase your b12 along with supplement.
For the diet, eat healthy but caloric food, its more expensive but your health is most important too.
Wallnuts and any nuts will help you, only 100 gr contains around 600 calories.
1 avocado contains around 200 calories.
If you make a smoothie with 1 liter milk or kefir, with 100 gr of wallnuts and 1 avocado, You will have around 1300 calories. This is supplement to your own meal.
For the rest just eat regular food, fish, meat, rice, pasta, bread etc.
Eat every day around 2500-2700 calories for couple months and see if your weight increase.
If it does not increase then add a little more nuts and avocado. To your diet.

Would adult acne signify a digestive issue or would one need to exhibit more than one symptom ? My husband has been gradually losing muscle mass past few years but he doesn’t have any of the digestive symptoms you outline in your video except for the adult acne which he’s had his entire life. If he eats carnivore but is losing muscle, that's a sign right there. Not everyone can do carnivore or stay on a lengthy amount of time. Sounds like he has a hormone imbalance. All the meat could be increasing his estrogen (yes men have it) or androgens to create the acne. My man has had acne all his life but has other issues as well. He eats pretty good with me but won't take any major steps to change his diet to try to correct the problems.

I am actually looking into this because certainly carnivore didn't heal my gut and seems to be microbiome related... I saw a video stating "eating carnivore won't restore the lost microbiome" and it made sense! I cook all my meat so the amount of live cultures is quite low and most likely the remaining bacteria don't even survive the stomach acid.

My docs do not get on same page! Lots of contradiction! People don't get it! I eat & have appetite! No strength! Norm 120 now 78! Smh! Stress a factor! Also , no magic wand to make things go away! Digestion not big problem for me! Yet when lost gall bladder& took me realize need fiber bran cereal & oatmeal more than prescribed meds! Real talk! Remember everyone body chemistry is different!
Some docs says lactose tolerant, don't eat red meat , fried foods, leafy greens, leave sugar alone& don't have my green tea anymore, nor carbonated drinks! My problem is flatulence, I eat and and few minutes later,I just start passing out gas all through the day and night is worse making me hungry once I wake up.i tried a bottle of HCl with pepsin and digestive enzymes 2 bottles, nothing changed even a little. I'm just tried and don't know what to do, I don't know if it's bile or not...I'm scared to eat due to the whole discomfort in stomach due to gas, I can't gain weight due to all this. When it comes to gaining weight, should insulin be high or low?...I didn't get that part

20 or more years i have doc laugh at me even not give me texts for diabetes because i am thin to me it just the opposite of fat
i dont understand why its hard for folks to LOSE weight, if they keep shoveling food in.... folks who eat everything and dont gain weight dont have a choice on this
It can be more complicated than most people think. There at MANY things that can restrict weight loss. It's not always about how much a person is eating.

Hi Kick It Naturally, I have severe weight loss despite eating well, down to 56kgs/124lbs from 74kgs/167lbs in last 3 years. Im 5'9" tall so badly underweight and struggling to walk! Tried many practitioner protocols but still lose weight. I also have slow motility, constipation, bloating, belching/gas.
I was diagnosed with minimal pancreatitis in Jan 2020, took pancreatic enzymes to reduce pancreas pain in 2021, elastase was low at 208 but in 2022 increased to 378. Since 2022 I find I dont really need enzymes, but pain is more related to gallbladder/bile flow. I find tudca and sunflower lecithin really helps reduce pain and also improve bowel movements, but still lose weight. Tried the Moritz liver flush and passed lots of sludge/stones & appears that I need to get this out of me. My bilirubin is elevated, was over 30 before, no gluten/dairy diet has brought this down to 24 but needs to be below 21 - Ive read many times the flushes bring bilirubin back into normal range.
I had methane sibo in 2021, and still have this in recent test so my new practitioner has provided treatments including the biphasic diet which makes sense with no sweet potatoes, no grains, no fruit for 4-6weeks as these could have been feeding sibo previously.
As I have tingling in hands/feet in the morning if I eat too many potatoes or rice the night before, I suspect I have blood sugar or insulin issues, Dr tests have been okay though. I also can feel weight coming off me in the mornings so could be a lack of anabolic state so will see all your videos to see if your practices can help!
FYI, all my issues began from an awful Dr prescribing naproxen I never needed, 1 cap with omeprazole caused acid reflux &h pylori. Took antibiotics/PPIs, managed to get better in 2015 but the following year reflux came back, Drs prescribed PPIs which were gradually making me worse. Was also stressed at work in London, break up with partner, tried a plant digestive enzyme in June 2019 and got blood stools 3 times, diarrhoea for 2 weeks losing 5kgs!! Have been losing weight ever since, appears this was like a food poisoning/infection event that shut down my normal digestion!
My practitioner has recommended limbic therapy so will try and start this. I tried Motil Pro and 1 cap felt like it turned on my vagus nerve, bowels were rumbling &I passed stools within an hour. Stools had lots of mucus, not sure whether this is the stuff like biofilm, yeast etc preventing me from absorbing foods!? Issue with Motil Pro appears that as bowels are moving better, it puts strain on my gallbladder/bile flow pain so not sure if I should continue taking!? Perhaps limbic therapy could gently get the vagus nerve working correctly. Many thanks Kevin

Wow that's a lot to deal with. Sounds like your body is badly alkaline but definitely walk through his course. Seems like you can really study and get a lot out of the information.
I've started it as well but having trouble finding betane hc acid anywhere locally or ph test strips! Another guy I started watching was Dr Berg but I think kick it naturally provides a new understanding to why and when to do things. Keep researching!
I have very similar issues for past few years. TUDCA, NAC, and lugols iodine help. Also take magnesium glysinate and malic acid
