I am grateful that someone will even address people who need to gain weight. I look it up over and over again, and what comes up is losing weight. It's so frustrating. Or just people who want to help people to bulk up. Thank you for the information that is easy to understand and implement. My biggest challenge is keeping sugar low due to candida overgrowth.

My husband and I caught the virus in January, then he kept having digestive issues and I had leaky gut so we did your detox and Advanced Gut Reset. Then we also caught a miserable stomach flu. We both lost too much weight. I got down to 103! He is building back up now but went back to junk food. I simply cannot cook enough to keep him full! He works at home on the computer, a sit down job, so he shouldn't need that many calories. We are both finding it extremely hard to put on muscle. We're in our 50'-60's. But faithfully on our 4th round of 10 minute exercises. You obviously do more for your workout! How can we put on more muscle?

Thanks Blake been doing you DLG challenge and especially on morning smoothie was getting light headed and wasn't trying but lost over 10 pounds my dr. Has me doing the journal you talked about and tried an app that is overwhelming because never paid attention to what i ate because my genes we tend to be lean and muscular. Now found food allergies and diet needed changing so DLG# challenge started. Just needed to tweak for my calorie intake. God bless brother for what you are doing for the masses.

Thanks so much! I eat pretty healthy, but have issues with sugar, some gluten, and fruit. I will start slowly implementing fruit into my diet. I can't afford to lose any more weight. I do yoga classes three times a week, but will do the 10 minute exercises, too.

Thanks so much! Realize high metabolism can be a blessing, but underweight and looking like a skeleton is not good either. Have been bombarding you with requests for this. Thank you! Next, will check out gaining muscle, which I see you've responded to already to comment below... wondering if I have fatty liver now, due to my misguided attempts to put on weight! Am using your supplements and doing cleanse. So think you've given me what I need to straighten that out.

I would like to gain weight. However, I'm already eating so many superfoods. Unfortunately, I have gluten sensitivities, beans and nuts cause IBS, and I can only eat soluble fibers. Chicken and fish are my limit for meat. Since I can't eat gluten, I fill up on fresh fruits and vegetables several times a day. I was so desperate to gain weight that I started eating gluten again only to deal with painful cramps, bloating, and my favorite... diarrhea. I'm back on the FODMAP diet, dreading the weight that I know is going to melt off; which caused me to burst blood vessels in my hands from a simple turn of a door knob. Am I missing something that may be the root cause of my burst vessels and bruising issues? Thank you for everything you do.

I'm 69, 6'1", I'm normally 172 lb, right now I'm 164. Some of that is due to stress from my wifes health issues. I eat 3 meals a day, breakfast is oatmeal w/ apples or blueberries raisins honey pumkinpie spice, lunch is fixed up turkey sandwich's w avocados cheese grilled. dinner is misc mostly good food. I do a some plant based protein smoothy's. I've never been able to gain weight. I do light workouts, I play 2hr+ pickleball most mornings. The older I get the harder it seems to put on or keep weight. When I was a teenager my mom was sure I had worms LOL.
