Wow, lemon tart is one of my favorite desserts. As the weather gets warmer, I want to eat something fresh dessert. Thank you for sharing a great video :D
Ooooo...a luscious lemon curd tart! You do know what we like and present it so beautifully! Since I don't have family here for Easter, I think I'll treat myself to a mini, 1/3 size version as dessert to my dinner of ham slice, asparagus casserole, strawberry spinach salad and herb biscuits. It will be compensation for passing on creamed peas and new potatoes and hot cross buns which are the Easter equivalent of Thanksgiving dressing and pumpkin pie for me! 😄 This will be the highlight of my mini feast - you have made my day! Thanks so much! 🌷🐣🐇🌷🍋🌷🐇🐣🌷
Lemon is the salt of the fruit world, isn't it? I love fruit tarts and pastries of all sorts, even hamantaschen, which some call a cookie. LOL. You are so good at teaching, demonstrating. You get us to use all of our senses, including common sense, so that we cannot convince ourselves we have done something wrong when it is as you've said it should be. Thanks for this.
Lol! I love the idea of teaching common sense that’s probably the most valuable skill in life don’t you think? Ha ha ha! So glad you enjoyed the video!
Looks beautiful and sounds so delicious. I can't wait to try this. I have a pan that makes 4 small tarts and it has the removable bottom too it makes it so easy to get them out when they're done. Best invention ever! I love your videos and the way you explain the steps it's so helpful for me! Thank you 🍋
Very pretty! Why not use some of those whites to make dollops of meringue for the top instead of whipped cream? Could achieve same look? Also the more lemon the better!
425 at 20 minutes ended up being way too much for my pastry pulled it out at 15 and edges are almost burnt - wondering if next time I should reduce time or reduce temp? I did not use convection. The rest of it was baked fine- easy to cut and loved the filling - that was easy to make and like that you don’t need the extra step of putting it thru a sieve.
Oh sure my normal upload days are Saturday mornings for the longform content and then usually 1 to 2 times a week I also try to post a short video as well. In each case, all the printable versions of these recipes can be found on my blog entertainingwithbeth.com. There you can also sign up for my free newsletter and any time I post a new longform video. It will come straight to your inbox. Thanks for watching, and a big welcome to the channel! 🙌💕
Can I make your tart dough recipe without a food processor? I've made dough before using a pastry blender. Funny enough. I'm set to make a batch of lemon curd then I saw your lemon tart recipe in my feed, lol. Happy accidents are the best... 👌
Oh, that’s so funny. Sometimes I think the algorithms on these platforms can seriously read our minds. Ha ha ha! Yes, you definitely could make the tart dough without a food processor especially if you’re familiar with how to do it with a pastry blender just make sure that the butter in the flour or combined really well into a course meal before adding the egg yolk Mixture. Hope you enjoy it! Happy spring!
Scientist here: technically the circumference of a circle is made of tiny straight lines. So theoretically, very teeny corners are indeed possible. Listen to Beth, folks!
@@EntertainingWithBeth yay thank you so much!! That looks absolutely delicious! We have a religious holiday coming up so I think I’ll make it! Pistachios are super popular in our culture too! Xx

Hi Beth. Because I’m fairly new to your channel, I’m wondering on what days you post and how often.

@Entertaining With Beth The laws of calculus to the rescue once again! 😄I will also try this recipe, it looks great!!
Stunning tart! I can’t wait to make it! Would you consider doing some dessert recipes using pistachio? ❤ it’s my favourite flavour!
Oh yes here is a great one for you with pistachio for this time of year! Hope you enjoy! ruclips.net/video/F_T14uAI4Yk/видео.html

What do you do if you don't have a food processor?
I wish I were your neighbor......I would have to borrow a cup of something everyday hoping for an invite to take a bite.
LOL! And you could take some of these lemons off my hands too ha! We've had a bumper crop!
So beautiful. Beth are youi in tik tok?
Yes! I’m there :) thanks to my teenage daughters ha! @entertainingwithbeth
Those hard candies will break your teeth. Be careful.
Yep, I said No outloud when she said to add them, lol. Helps to make a dessert like this look pretty but I'm not taking any chances 😂
@@tammiemartinez6485 They are like mini jaw-breakers. Literally.
