Trying the sticky buns this morning. In the oven- - they smell wonderful! This puff pastry dough is so easy to work with. Found it at my local Wal-Mart grocery.
The sticky buns are great! I just made them with a simple variation: I eliminated the raisins and orange zest, but added a generous sprinkling of cocoa powder before rolling up the dough. My ‘tasters’ like this way, as much as Beth’s original. Used a thin cream cheese icing on top. Scrumptious!

OMG! It’s a sign! I just made the ham and Swiss sandwiches yesterday for a potluck luncheon after watching the Domestic Geek! She did hers pinwheel style, but the principle is the same. They were a big hit! So I seriously need to make these other two desserts, especially the apple tarts. They look amazing!

I followed this recipe except I rolled the filled dough from each end to the center and used regular muffin tin to bake. They were so light flaky flavorful

I live in Europe and puff pastry runs about 75cents a roll. I'll be trying these recipes for the traditional Christmas coffee hour, using puff pastry made from spelt. Thank you so much for this upload, this is going to save me a ton of time preparing for a literal three day long holiday (24th-26th) when I'll need an assortment of sweets for the two o'clock hour each day 🙂

Isn't it amazing?! I had never heard of it before they contacted me and once I tried it I was hooked! And I've tried a lot of puff pastry in my day and this is definitely the BEST!! So excited to have found them too! After I baked with it I was like, "Well Hello Gorgeous, where have you been all my life?!" LOL!
Amazing! Prep them all the day before and just refrigerate then bake the next day! I did 40 of the French Apple Tarts for my daughter's school (prepped the day before) and it was so great to just wake up and bake them all off so they had fresh pastries for their Thanksgiving feast :) Hope you enjoy!!

Made the ham & cheese with mustard, spinach & green onions (different shape, and the apple ones, but then I remembered my fav french pastry and made ground almonds and honey marzipan, topping it with a pear, then I like the apricot jam brushed on the pear before I turn up the pastry in that shape you teach here.
