This is a full body cardio workout you can use for calorie burn and weight loss. It's knee friendly, all standing, and requires absolutely no equipment! This is a great diet workout as it doesn't require a lot of energy to perform, but still burns calories and will help you increase your caloric deficit.

Your workout are so amazing. Especially for someone like me who if not supervised by a trainer ends up skipping the 3 set as I get bored. With NO Repeats I always finish your videos. Your workout are perfect for days I skip my gym session. I have a lung issue so high intensity and running are a big no for me so I enjoy your workouts even more as I am able to do them without taking breaks on my own. A BIG THANK YOU. I finished the new year challenge and looking at what to do next. Happen to see your FB Post and found this week 15 workout. As everyday have 2 workout, so here am I started the 1st one today. Very sweaty after my no. 1 workout, feeling so so good and going to do the 2nd workout on day 1. I do copy down the link for week 16 and 17.
