We tune an ecoboost every now and then ourselves on SCT. Mostly we sell PD Tuning Tunes for EcoBoosts as he is a great partner to work with.
If I buy the sct x4 tuner from you guys, can the tuner come build and loaded with the tune at arrival?
No. We don't do canned tunes. All our tunes or custom so we have to email them over once we received all your details from the car.

Our base tunes are updated all the time so with a simple setup it doesn't need anything changed unless you have a request!

I have a 2011 procharged and dynotuned 3.7 so my question is would I be able to run the tommygun tune with my current tune? Is it possible to stack tunes? Thank you!
No you cant stack tunes. Its not a BMW. So we CAN write a new tune for the boosted 3.7 and then give you a boosted tommy gun tune too

Trying to decide which tuner to go with for a 3.7 NA set up with longtube headers and an off road x pipe, will your tune address the famous engine check light for O2 sensors when having longtubes?

That would be illegal. NO TUNING COMPANY WILL TURN OFF O2 SENSOR LIGHTS.
Aside from that we can still tune you and make great power , but you will have check engine lights
How long does it take for a already purchased tune update?
Usually under 72 hrs M-F if its been longer then that just reply to the last email you got from the tuner.

Nothing to change for a cat delete and no we won't turn off any codes or anything related to cats or emissions as that is illegal per the fed and epa.

I bought two tunes, ghost cam and regular tune. If I want pop tune would I have to buy all 3 tunes again ??
No just a tune update for the tommy gun. $100
At what point is it warranted to Initiate contact about a tune if it's been over 72 hrs (regular work days) definitely don't want to cause tunes for myself or others to take longer.
If it's been over 3 days not counting weekends feel free to send an email or a message. Try not to on Mondays because we are always swamped with logs from over the weekend.
