I've had alph gal the past 3 years and can only have chicken turkey and fish. I've lost near 80 pounds. Can't seem to get rid of it. I'm dieing for a big rack of BBQ ribs lol. That fish looked good but the chops looked even better 😂

This is going to sound crazy but I have a friend that had alpha gal and he heard that acupuncture worked. He didn't believe it but he tried it anyway because others had told him that it worked for them. He started experimenting with red meat and he's back to eating it as far as I know.
