We're heading down to Anchorage, Alaska for a Costco meat haul! With my recent diagnosis of Lyme disease, we're working on significantly cleaning up our diet. Joe & I have decided to do a meat only (Carnivore) diet for at least 30 days. Carnivore is an elimination diet where you eat meat, eggs, fish & butter only. It's a fantastic way to rid your body of inflammation and a variety of other ailments & symptoms that are caused by the poor food we all eat on a daily basis. After 30 days we'll evaluate & one by one start adding certain WHOLE FOODS back into our diet. The idea is to remain free of processed foods, sugars & seed oils etc. Thanks for joining us for another video & for tagging along with me on my health journey to overcome and heal from Lyme disease.
