Thank you for the great info. I've had property radar subscription for over four years. I have yet to use it to its full ability. This video inspired me to drill down deeper.
I'm so glad to hear that! Thanks for watching and letting me know.
Can you skip trace properties on your free trial? And to your knowledge are their phone numbers pretty reliable like the bigger companies like batch leads etc
Seth, great video, are you using Property Radar or are you still using PropStream? Which do you prefer and why?
Great video Seth, i'm wondering why all those data providers aren't enabling pooling data by subdivisions? (like showing subdivisions on a map) or do you know one that does it?
In some cases, you can _kind of_ see this with PropertyRadar's heat maps, but I understand what you're saying. This feature is probably absent because there isn't always a consistent way to define what a subdivision is in the data they're using (not every subdivision is an HOA, and even when it is, HOAs aren't always consistent in how they report themselves to the county, among other things.
@@Retipster i understand, thanks for the clarification, very helpful.
Interesting. I'm confused though. They use DataTree's data ? Why is DataTree so much more expensive? Are you getting a lot of features there that PropertyRadar doesn't give? I'm really liking the price on this one.
I'm not exactly sure if they're using First American (DataTree) data... but it's quite possible. And yes, DataTree has some functionality that PropertyRadar doesn't have; you can see all of that here: ruclips.net/p/PL_iKzuTmcuxNXqHsFgaFlQqgqz7982ZXM
I tried this website and was very difficult to navigate
Really? What did you find difficult about it? I actually thought it was pretty easy compared to some other data services.
