Thank you much for the content. Finally a video that actually goes over the dashboard, instead of simply saying it's a good deal, like almost every YT video.
How can I make it so I KNOW its a forwarded message to my phone... Like when I used to have grasshopper it would say grasshopper fwd. Now i have no idea I answer the phone thinking its for my personal
I don't believe OpenPhone is the platform to use if you intend to send out mass texts. I mean... you could try it, but if you know that's your goal, you'd probably want to use something like LaunchControl, which is built precisely for that: go.retipster.com/launchcontrol
It’s not easy to use… I am an employee not a business and the number registrations asks the company ein and tax id, a tons of other registrations that takes days to be approved is not easy to use cause you don’t have a customer support it’s not worth to go to all that trouble honestly
Thanks for sharing your perspective on that. Most of the people I recommend this to are small business owners. I can see how it might be a bit more difficult as an employee if you don't have easy access to that information.
No I haven't started the process. I just ended services with GoDaddy through the conversations app because their customer service was awful. I had my registration denied 4 times, so I don't want to run into the same issue.@@Retipster

I'm glad it helped! Thanks for watching!
Great strategy for having multiple numbers for each branch of your business
Seth - awesome video.
What are you using for a CRM? Do you have a walk thru of that one too?
1) can you upload a cvs file with the phone numbers of customers?
2) Does it have a auto dialer feature?
I still like openphone for remote monitoring and operations
Me too.
The best Service

Can you do mass texts to different numbers without getting suspended like Google voice?

So.... like google voice? Buy paid
Is that Ring Central you were referring to that's not as good as open phone?
Precisely.
@@Retipster thanks! It was quite the conundrum deciding who I was going to go with. Open Phone it is!
How do you create an automated text for the recipient or contact to opt-in or out of my messages?
how did you add the additional phone numbers? is that additional cost?
@@FTN-q6zthey make it pretty easy to add new numbers. And yes it’s an additional cost.
Do you have an issue with being labeled spam risk
Registration ??
Does it have an integration with google calendar?

Do i have to buy credit fpr text messaging?
Caleb Courts
Does it have an in-built noise-cancellation feature?
I could be wrong, but I think that's more of a function of your phone than the software itself.
Is there support through the registration phase?
They've got pretty good email support. Have you tried that yet?

Do people still fax?
Every now and then, it comes up, but not often.
No fax unfortunately
Yeah, it's a bummer. It honestly hasn't been a big obstacle for me, though. I've just learned to scan and text/email things instead.
i wanna make land deals
