After being overwhelmed with lots of shiny tools and feeling the need to try new things, I just asked myself what actually works for me. And I went back to primarily pen and paper. I use Apple Calendar, reminders and notes for any digital needs

the less time we spend on experimenting, the more time we have on actually doing the work

Glad to see your minimalist strategy. I am also a big Evernote/Todoist user in the Google eco-system. Always looking for ways to be productive in the simplist way possible. Well done!

It would be so useful if you gave information about what countries the apps are located in, rate their privacy policies and terms & conditions.

Francesco, would really appreciate 1:1 comparisons of Fantastical vs Rise, and Spark vs Superhuman. So much overlap. Thoughts here or in future videos?

Been watching your videos for a few years now and just want to thank you for all the informative info. Out of interest why have you gone from Sunsama to Todoist? Also why do you prefer Todoist to TickTick?

Todoist for me, is a more well con structured tool, with just about enough for me to plan my tasks. Sunsama was very good, but too much for me, TickTick too had too much for me as well.
