Does anyone find a way to exclude "do not mail" from the list in property radar?

I would love to find a database, maybe like this, that I could look for owner financed homes and the contact information for the note holder.

Would you recommend property radar for a new wholesaler? Prop stream and batch leads have been giving me horrible data

It's probably worth a shot. Although, if you're getting bad data from multiple other sources, it could be a sign of a deeper problem, like a county that doesn't do a good job of reporting its data.

is there a way to build a list of homes that have pools?

I believe so. I haven't looked at that specifically... but I have seen a pool filter in a lot of these data services. You could always sign up for the free trial and see if it's there.

wow this looks great... why would anyone use Data tree then? Their prices are 5-10x more??... Whats your thought on this Seth?

There are probably some specific uses with DataTree that no other data service has: retipster.com/datatree-hacks/ but considering the basics most people want, it does seem like PropertyRadar has most of it.
