    Please, please PLEASE get his business partner Hannah on for an interview. Casey is clearly a big picture kind of guy, so I'm assuming Hannah is the detail person of this duo. I would love to hear her perspective on working with Casey and how they divide the responsibilities, etc...

    This guy is gatekeeping information. No reason for him to be on your show. The interviewer did try to probe.

    Casey's attitude is awesome. Love his business model. I have done the tax deed sale approach when I bought the land behind my home, & will use this model.

    Great interview. I love how they are trying to dig for clarity. He would make a great politician. His answers are like cotton candy. I did get something powerful from him, though: Look into appraiser training, even if i'm not getting licensed (so entertaining and informative).

    Absolutely amazing ... Especially charging no interest ... Interest is forbidden in Christianity and in Islam .. and I always wanted to bring a similar model and this podcast is such a good help ... And the guy is simple in his approach and genius ...       They now have flagging businesses for Craigslist. You can sign up and the business will flag all your competition

    How does he deal with collection on 75% terms 8 to 10 years?
    Probably have 1200+ finance deals at. Time, i am thinking it is a serious business deal on is own, how do you feel about that?

    At what % of retail is he acquiring the land? What kind of $ is he making per deal?

      We tried asking those questions. It doesn't sound like there's a standard formula for each deal. It's more of a case-by-case thing.

      @@e.r.6147 too many people got into it during COVID. I’ve gotten plenty of nasty voice messages saying they already got 5 letters like mine offering twice as much. Going after only more expensive lots would work but not the cheapies which what I’m more comfortable with.
