Day 1 : ✅ felt so sore i couslnt complete one excercise for 45 seconds Day 2 : ✅ felt a little easy but a little sore. This time i could actually finish all excercise for 45 seconds without feeling so sore. Day 3 : ✅ super easy. But can we just adore how pretty her smile is?! It boosts me up Day 4 : ✅ only did 6 excercises. But its better than nothing right? 😅 Day 5 : ✅ felt very unmotivated but I WANT THIN ARMS. so i did the exercise anyway. It was hard today since i only did a few yesterday. Btw i love how she boosts us up in the middle of the workout!❤ Day 6 : ✅ felt super easy. I'm going to be doing this for 14 days so I'll keep you posted!! Day 1= ✅did it slowly since I'm sick Day 2=✅today I felt the burn more but loved it. Day 3=✅Today I didn't stop at three seconds so I'm proud of that. Felt the burn like yesterday. One thing that motivates me is talking to myself in a pretty way while I feel like giving up. I think I'll try to do this workout twice a day just because it's getting a little easy for me. Day 5=✅ I can feel my biceps a little more and my triceps are burning today. Day 6=✅ I did it and the burn is real haha. I'm going to be honest I don't know if I see a difference but what I do feel is a little stronger. obviously it's been six days only so I won't give up no matter what. I am really trying to not feel discouraged and finish what I started. and remember, my progress is not going to be the same for you, so maybe you will see a difference in six days it all depends on the body fat that you currently have. so keep going you got this! Day 7=✅Well I feel stronger but I see no difference with my arms and that is kinda making me feel discouraged, I will finish the 14 days so don't worry. I have a hard time finishing what I start specially if I don't see the results fast. What I'm learning is that it not only takes physical strength, it also takes mental strength to keep doing what is healthy and right for us. See you tomorrow! Day 8= Decided to take an active rest day. Day 9=✅ Seeing some bicep definition, my problem area is triceps. Hopefully this will help with it or else I'll just try some weights. Day 10=✅ Strapped on my wrists some ankle weights because like I said I want my triceps to lose fat. I am seeing my biceps more, a little TMI but my chest is perkier and my collarbone is showing more so that’s a plus haha. See you tomorrow! Day 11= Day 12= Day 13= Day 14= Hey! I did notice some change. my biceps showed even more but my problem area is triceps so I didn't feel like it was helping me so much. But that doesn't mean that because It didn't fully work for me that it won't work for you. Every body is different so please keep that in mind. I realised the workouts that will help me target my triceps better need to have weights and that's what I'll work on.

I have been working out for years now (strength and muscle training) so I have pretty avg muscles with fat on the tricep and elbow region. right now my arms are 12inch in circumference lets see how I see my progress day 1: felt a nice burn in the tricep region day 2: easy so I added some tricep dips and shoulder press with 10kg dumbells 10x3 ( i got my periods on yesterday afternoon) day 3: I was pretty tired due to other work so only did half of the routine ...might finish it in the evening.. day 4: I did it twice, it feels good and burning day 5: i have started to feel muscles more and less fat...i can surely feel the result

После массажа легче начинать новый день с тренировки. 5: сделала утром и вечером. 6: успешное утро, новый день, новый повтор. 7: это был долгий перерыв в неделю, так что я сделала перерыв. День отдыха🏝️ Вторая неделя: 1 (8): сделала одну вечернюю тренировку 😌потом был массаж рук от любимого 2 (9): было лень, но я справилась. Руки горят, сегодня было тяжко, но я сделала две тренировки 💪 поправка: я делаю только тренировки на руки 3-4: пропустила 5 (12): устроила проверку. по фото видно, что руки подтянулись визуально, но пока в объемах не изменились. I just thought about stopping doing this exercise but then I read the comments and decided to give it a shot and to try to do it for 2 weeks. I can clearly feel my arms hurt and are sore after every time and it shows that they are getting stronger and i can see small changes in my biceps 🥹✨ so fortunately its effective

Day 1 : ✅ felt so sore i couslnt complete one excercise for 45 seconds
Day 2 : ✅ felt a little easy but a little sore. This time i could actually finish all excercise for 45 seconds without feeling so sore.
Day 3 : ✅ super easy. But can we just adore how pretty her smile is?! It boosts me up
Day 4 : ✅ only did 6 excercises. But its better than nothing right? 😅
Day 5 : ✅ felt very unmotivated but I WANT THIN ARMS. so i did the exercise anyway. It was hard today since i only did a few yesterday. Btw i love how she boosts us up in the middle of the workout!❤

day 1: ✅ i was struggling but i kind of want to do it again and definitely felt the BURNNNNN
day 2: ✅ ✅ felt the burn and today was easier and it felt so good that i did it twice so tomorrow i’m taking a break
day 3: ❌ i did it twice yesterday and need a little break for a day
day 4: ❌ forgot
day 5: ✅✅ had to make it up and felt the burn but it feels good
day 6: ❌ i did 3 minutes and got tired so i just stopped
day 7: ✅ ✅felt the burn and today was the last day and i saw a difference

Day 3=✅Today I didn't stop at three seconds so I'm proud of that. Felt the burn like yesterday. One thing that motivates me is talking to myself in a pretty way while I feel like giving up. See you tomorrow!
Day 4=✅ I kinda feel my arms getting a little stronger, the tension on my shoulders is slowly leaving. I think I'll try to do this workout twice a day just because it's getting a little easy for me.
Day 5=✅ I can feel my biceps a little more and my triceps are burning today.
Day 6=✅ I did it and the burn is real haha. I'm going to be honest I don't know if I see a difference but what I do feel is a little stronger. obviously it's been six days only so I won't give up no matter what. I am really trying to not feel discouraged and finish what I started. and remember, my progress is not going to be the same for you, so maybe you will see a difference in six days it all depends on the body fat that you currently have. so keep going you got this!
Day 7=✅Well I feel stronger but I see no difference with my arms and that is kinda making me feel discouraged, I will finish the 14 days so don't worry. I have a hard time finishing what I start specially if I don't see the results fast. What I'm learning is that it not only takes physical strength, it also takes mental strength to keep doing what is healthy and right for us. See you tomorrow!
Day 8= Decided to take an active rest day.
Day 9=✅ Seeing some bicep definition, my problem area is triceps. Hopefully this will help with it or else I'll just try some weights.
Day 10=✅ Strapped on my wrists some ankle weights because like I said I want my triceps to lose fat. I am seeing my biceps more, a little TMI but my chest is perkier and my collarbone is showing more so that’s a plus haha. See you tomorrow!

Day 14= Hey! I did notice some change. my biceps showed even more but my problem area is triceps so I didn't feel like it was helping me so much. But that doesn't mean that because It didn't fully work for me that it won't work for you. Every body is different so please keep that in mind. I realised the workouts that will help me target my triceps better need to have weights and that's what I'll work on.

I’ve been working on trying to do a push up for the last two weeks, so I figured I might as well get rid of my arm fat while I’m at it. My goal is to do this video at least 4 times a week for the next two weeks. The comments are really encouraging. I’ll update my progress on this thread.

I have been working out for years now (strength and muscle training) so I have pretty avg muscles with fat on the tricep and elbow region. right now my arms are 12inch in circumference lets see how I see my progress
day 1: felt a nice burn in the tricep region
day 2: easy so I added some tricep dips and shoulder press with 10kg dumbells 10x3 ( i got my periods on yesterday afternoon)
day 3: I was pretty tired due to other work so only did half of the routine ...might finish it in the evening..
day 4: I did it twice, it feels good and burning
day 5: i have started to feel muscles more and less fat...i can surely feel the result

I've been doing this for 4 days now and I already feel an actual big Difference. This May not go as fast for other people but this has genuently helped me and it's by far the Most effective workout ever!! Def Recommend!
I did many videos for batwings and this is my first time with the batwing video on this channel. I felt more sore with this than any other before but now that I'm finished my arms feel comfortable, toned and stimulated, like a combo of total arm massage and exercise.

1 день. на утро после первой тренировки появилось ощущение более плотных мышц
2 день. до этого сделала тренировку на ключицу, поэтому было немного тяжеловато в процессе. сделала перерыв на десять минут, в итоге всю тренировку закончила. делала как-то более расслабленно, но лучше так, чем никак
3 день. мышцы болят, сделала половину, беру перерыв

Разумеется, я понимаю, что эти упражнения больше дополнение к чему то. Я раньше часто занималась спортом, но уже давно прекратила. Поэтому хочу начинать хотя бы с таких легких упражнений, чтобы дисциплинировать себя и начать делать потом тренировки несколько раз в неделю. 2: руки 🔥 очень рада, что начала тренировки. надеюсь, мне хватит сил делать это каждый день
3: не хотелось начинать, потом было больно и хотелось взять перерыв. И все же, 🎉тренировка позади, а я сделала всё!
4: сделала в начале дня. Повторила вечером. Спасибо моему парню, вечером сделал мне массаж рук. После массажа легче начинать новый день с тренировки.
5: сделала утром и вечером.
6: успешное утро, новый день, новый повтор.
7: это был долгий перерыв в неделю, так что я сделала перерыв. День отдыха🏝️
Вторая неделя:
1 (8): сделала одну вечернюю тренировку 😌потом был массаж рук от любимого
2 (9): было лень, но я справилась. Руки горят, сегодня было тяжко, но я сделала две тренировки 💪 поправка: я делаю только тренировки на руки
3-4: пропустила
5 (12): устроила проверку. по фото видно, что руки подтянулись визуально, но пока в объемах не изменились. Тренировку сегодня выполнила

i’ve been doing your arm workouts for ~3 weeks (along with some weight lifting) about two times per week and my arms are already so much thinner and i can already see defined muscles too 🎉!

Day 1 : felt a little sore as I have done these excercises before🥴 (12 inches currently!!)
Day 2 : my arms were sore and paining🥺 but definitely felt burning
Day 3 : arms are better and less sore🙂↕️
Day 4 : It was paining😢 while doing the exercise but did it anyways☺️
Day 5 : skipped
Day 6 : skipped
Day 7 : felt sore while exercising but done

Day 9 : The excercises were a little easy (11.9 inches currently!!)

I just thought about stopping doing this exercise but then I read the comments and decided to give it a shot and to try to do it for 2 weeks. I will begin to note my progress and add comments for each following day, hopefully I wont forget..
