I Had both knees replaced in my 20’s because of RA and it’s a horrible feeling, when they move out of place. Thank God she was able to get up, and pop it back in place. These people are amazing. Bless their hearts.

I almost drowned when I was four. I dived into an inflatable donut head first and my feet didn't go through. My feet were above the surface and my head pointed at the bottom of the pool. Literally remember thinking "well, that was a short life". Also remember how bad my nose hurt from all the water gushing in. Can't stand nose drops to this day, but I'm glad my mom saved me well in time. Glad this little girl is doing well too.
I had a situation when I was very young where I was below water and couldn’t get above water and I remember just watching everyone hanging out in the pool, not paying any attention to the fact that I was struggling to breathe and it was so so terrifying… I I’m not trying to come at her parents at all because you never know what happened, but people really need to start watching their kids in water. Not just being in the water with their kids… watching their kids.
I think it's really sweet that no matter how old a patient is even if it's obvious that's probably had hundreds of blood tests and IVs they still tell them things like "tight band" or "slight pinch" in a calm voice. I find it soothing
Regarding the first rescue - the mother did the right thing by calling the ambulance just in case because even if you DO manage to get someone out of the water and they seem ok, there is still the risk of secondary drowning, which is caused by water that had been swallowed.

It is so awesome to see such caring EMT's and rescue workers. I've seen some that are just there to do their job and they can care less about the patient . When they talk to you and treat you like they've known you forever , it makes the whole experience so much better for the patient.

when my little sister was six (shes very hyper naturally) she was dancing around the living room and fell off the couch which caused her to dislocate her knee. She also likes to exaggerate her injures so half the time we don't believe her when she says shes seriously hurt. She said she broke her leg, we didn't believe her but took her to a clinic across the street just to be careful. When they were getting x-rays she screamed so loud a nurse came in to make sure everything was okay. In the process they accidentally popped her knee cap back in place and she was completely fine. Its weird how stuff works like that lol

The first guy has so much attitude. The other officers were so chill and trying to make the kid comfortable. He’s like “do you feel any pain?” to a 4 year old.
