This content is not normal for Noob but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It looks absolutely amazing there. Congratulations on your next chapter of your life's. Good luck with the MS, your wife is in our prayers.
It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I grew up playing Sims and other simulation games. I love the backstory, the purpose and the journey you're showing us. Congratulations, and I can't wait to see more progress updates!
An Air curtain can help with keeping the air out and interior air in when the garage doors are open. Love how the kei truck looks even more like a toy from the sky. 🤣
Well damn, I'm looking at doing this next year, and after seeing what you went through, I'll learn from you. Gotta love the HST. The place is going to look awesome.
This is a great spot. Pre-covid, I was looking for something similar. Just a good amount of privacy from the road. I look forward to seeing the end result.
It’s a public showroom for the simulators. That is public info and if you arrive unannounced there is always the option for me to show you my large collection of shotguns and carbines…
What system are the builders using for the walls/concrete forms? I've never seen it before but it looks way better than the usual wooden forms/massive concrete pours you see in the U.S
They are premade, pre rebarred. Used up here because they are insulated. They click together like Lego, they had that wall placed in a day, and poured the next, super fun.
This might be different content than usual for this channel, but it's still awesome! Congrats on the housing path forward, and may as much of it go as smoothly as possible.

I just figured you wanted a bigger lot of land so you could purchase a tank and continue driving it about
Congrats to you both on chasing your dreams.
This makes me want to be your neighbor. Even if it means a bit more snow than I'd like...
Congratulations!!!
HI, it was nice talking to you at CitCon. Building a new Studio with a showroom looks good to me.
