Thank you for your help in keeping our bodies in good shape. I'm 84 and still able to complete your routines. My I make a suggestion: when the pandemian confinement started, I made up a similar although shorter routine which I practice daiy, following the 19 episodes and tempo of Ravel's Bolero, approximately 15 minutes: 2 decontracting, 4 arms wirh 2Kg hand weighs and 4 with rubbers, 3 sit/stand alternated with torso torsions, the remaining on the floor and abdminal work.

Goodness, my right shoulder is cracking this morning...noisy. Am getting much better at lunges even though it is 5.25am and still dark outside. Happy Day. See you tomorrow.
Phew...made it to the end...just. Can't do squats or lunges as my knees are painful and feel very stiff. If I continue to practice will it be OK for my knees or will it damage them?. So many questions! It has been rather a long time since I did any exercise apart from my daily walk outside for an hour
Well done for making it. In regards to squats and lunges, you do not have to do the full range of movement. Just a little knee bend will suffice (like a curtsey). If it still hurts just avoid them for now and do the other exercises.
