    Absolutely no need for biscuits, dowels, pocket screws, domino’s or anything else on that tray base, bit of glue and clamps and you’ll be fine!

    Nice work as usual! To cover those pocket holes, you could cut some long, thin sheets from a 2x4 (kind of like a veneer) with your table saw and glue them down. Nobody will be the wiser. I've done it for some of my boxes. It looks good.

    Great job as usual love your small project’s I made similar stained with walnut must make the tray I would use it for tool tidy on work bench when working on projects that way your not looking all over the bench for tools tape measure pencils etc

    Hi Billy Liverpool calling weather not bad today I’m quite lucky get a lot of timber from work big kit comes in on timber or packing cases just ripped down 5 off 100x125 into 15mm planks floor for my daughter’s shed the frame is also salvaged timber 😊

    Your better off breathing through your nose, the hairs up there are meant to catch particles, that's why it's pretty messy after you've finished cutting.
