Sometimes I feel like if you watch one Aussie reviewer you have watched them all. Their bias against Chinese cars is sometimes very sad to witness. I remember one where the H6 beat the Rav 4 on an off-roading test and the reviewer was at pains to explain why and simply concluded that the RAV 4 was the better car even though it had just lost despite his willing it on some of the obstacles it could not clear.
I haven't seen that comparison, but I would believe that a H6 would leave a RAV4 in the dust in many tests. I'm not biased against Chinese cars - I think MG make very good cars - but in the case of Haval, the build quality is just not up to the standard of Korean, Japanese, South American or Thai made cars. The trade off is you pay less of course. I'm sure the build quality will improve over time, but they're not quite there yet.
They might be totally different if chinese sell em more expensive..they may think chinese products are excellent qualities.. chinese products are way too cheap and too good..
@@4wheelsandaseatyou just made a complete fool of yourself . Kia 37 Toyota 34 , this is the number of recalls just in last 2 years . Yet GWM/haval have had 3 in 14 years . You also showed your lack of knowledge that haval isn’t made as well as cars made in Thailand. The hybrid haval suvs are all made in Thailand lol
and it does have a tachometer , scroll down the options on the steering-wheel its literally 3 clicks away and can be set in 3 different positions on the display
Honestly I just test drove one today . nothing against the reviewer. But I found it pretty ok. as a family guy and owner of new Tuscon I couldn't find any difference. I own Hyundai Tuscon elite diesel 2022 model and that gives me 12.2/100 KMs which is pretty high. I test drove this today and felt absolutely fine. small nitty gritty is there such as seat is too flat and doesn't have thigh support. but that can be fixed using better seat covers
The seat shape is not good, especially if you have long legs. It's a great value car, but personally I think the low cost has meant a number of corners have been cut. It's a case of you get what you pay for. Thanks for watching!
I personally like the H6 more than the Forrester, as I have a Forrester for 10 years but not very happy with it. The fuel consumption is much higher than the H6. The H6 is also quiter than the Forrester. They both have got 5 star safety though. But the Forrester is 30% more expensive with less warranty. The Forrester's suspense seems not very good too, I have been trying to got it fixed in the last couple of years but the problem keeps coming back.
I’ll be reviewing the new Forrester n the next few weeks so it will be interesting to see how it stacks up. I doubt it will be cheaper than the H6 though… thanks for watching!
Hi dear As a HAVAL H6 HEV user, let me know your very real experience with this vehicle. After a long mileage, how you found Haval in Comfort level, Driving ease, Safety measures, Suspensions result? ANY ANY ANY COMPLAINTS? Would you like to recommend me buy this SUV? Please I need your real life based experience rather than video talks like many other guys do. Thankyou
Hi. The Haval is good and very good value for money, but it is not the most comfortable. Some of the materials used are cheap to keep the cost down. Also the suspension is not very good on rough roads - the ride is a bit bumpy and noisy. Safety features all seem to be very good though. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
No, but reviewers do get to drive a lot of different cars, and in my experience the ride in the H6 is just not as refined as some of the other cars it's competing against. It's still really good value, but mid-size SUVs from MG, Toyota and Kia are better to drive.
I JUST LOVE MY H6 HYBRID GREAT LOOKS ESPECIALLY THE AUTOMATIC PARKING & THE HEADS UP DISPLAY THE DEALER TURNED OFF/DOWN THE ANNOYING TECH SO NOT A PROBLEM DROVE THE MG HS BUT THE H6 WON OUT IN EVERY WAY
It almost sounds like it is a good SUV for highway, freeways drive but it is quite bad around the city. I didn't get the chance to test drive over a speed bump, hopefully I don't hate it because I just ordered one.
I agree, I’m glad I didn’t rely on these reviews and went out for test drive, did my own research and got my car. Happy with my purchase. Buy with confidence, you’ll love it!
I haven't driven the MG EV yet, but I will be in the next couple of weeks. I have driven other MGs though and I think the build quality and ride is superior to Haval. Thanks for watching!
Had that very thing happen to me in a Kia Stinger. It suddenly slammed on the brakes in the middle of an intersection while I was doing 60. Scared the life out of me!

Is Australia sponsored by Toyota?
Haha. You could forgiven for thinking that! They still sell way more cars here than any other company.
Great review but really would love to see some comparison between mg phev for a better choice
I'll be reviewing the MG in the next few weeks. Thanks for watching!
I think the sunroof has an electric blind to shut out the sun.
It does indeed, but that ruins the view :) Thanks for watching!

Really do car reviewers have the same script ? There’s nothing about this car’s ride that’s something to say. The car is perfect and not so close.

Don't believe Aussie reviewers, they are Toyota lovers and anything challenging that will be down played and even criticised for its good aspects!

This or mitsubishi outlander phev ?
Personally I would choose the Outlander. Exceptionally well made car.

Test the Haval H6 hev speed controll. On a freeway it's suicidal function, brakes on high speed corners so badly it's an accident waiting to happen 😢

A l.5 litre turbocharged engine..

These HAVAL cars just look like heaps of patent infringements and cheap clones of parts of other vehicles.
