      Content Silos
      These are fun, please allow me to add to this:
      There's a subtitle heiarcy within each article/blog. It's easiest to think of these silos in the same manner.
      Considering the top point of the silo is usually a money post. Those below follow the same idea along the journey. Each tier within the silo is an area along this journey towards that money post.
      Topical silos all share a main focus, but the long tail version of it is what makes it slightly different.
      Keep in mind, duplicate content is a gray area. So make sure it's different enough to not be in the gray area.

    She is so generous with the insights and authentic professional! I appreciate discovering Jules!
    I empathize with the discomfort she must feel from conversing with someone who doesn't reciprocate the same amount of appreciation and respect for what she's giving. She's amazing for handling it well, but it's unpleasant that this continues to happen to brilliant and generous people.     With generating leads, it's an interesting thing to note down for creatives such as myself. I only started thinking about lead generation about a year into my other creative project and that's when I started getting flooded with emails from a lot of folks after that solid year of building a rep.
    Here's a pro tip for any creatives struggling with leads: reach out to PR firms as they have a lot of local reach in multiple niches. Build a spreadsheet of PR firms to reach out to and slowly do that over time.

    This video is sorely needed. Nobody is googling brand strategists. We need to think semantically and provide valuable, structured data code to your website that target keywords relative to your service offering.The futur could benefit from doing more SEO related topics.

      I have put a few keywords within my website but i didn't want to add too many so google search engine wouldn't blacklist my website as spam, because i'm spaming keywords in my website. Non the less, i can't see much difference. hardly any emails or calls.

      Do you rank on any of these keywords? As in, do you show up on page 1 of Google for them? As long as you’re using keywords that are actually relevant to what you do or sell, there is no such thing as being blacklisted as spam. Being blacklisted would be if you did shady a$$ stuff, like putting 200 keywords in the same color as the background color on one page, etc.

    The method explained within this video to find keywords would and do also work with other search engines as well. Also by using more than 1 search engine or tool like ahrefs for example. It allows you to integrate and repurpose.

    2x things..
    - domain authority is not a Google given score - it comes from third party platforms that give you an idea of how "good" your website is. It is mainly influencer by how good backlinks are and from what niche relevant sources provide these backlinks.
    - Toxic or spammy backlinks are no longer penalised - they get ignored - so you can't "harm" a competitor website by building crap backlinks.

    16:39 then money keywords I think she's referring to Transactional Keywords. In search there's navigational, informational and transactional keywords. I like how she phrased it as money keywords it actually makes more sense and easier remember.

      @@julekim at 52:28 you nailed it! We say this in a more condensed way on our website. The audience we work with is high-performing real estate agents. As real estate agents, they constantly educate their clients on the importance of owning real estate and why there's more long-term value in owning real estate as opposed to renting; however, when it comes to digital real estate, a lot of real estate agents are "renting" a room on Instagram. What if the "landlord" (Meta) decides to kick them out of their rented apartment (their profile) or if it gets hacked? By owning your own digital real estate (your own website) you have a full digital home with multiple rooms where your customers can learn about you and stay longer. They can build "equity" in their digital real estate through SEO. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you touch up on that. Glad to hear that someone else sees it the same way. My question is, translating that message to real estate agents who believe that Instagram is the way to go and is enough for them.

      ​@@julekim Your examples are on point. I've consume many sources from blogs, videos about everything you said, but your examples really became my AHA moment. Now I understand the framework of starting the strategy. Oh and your explanation about Cold, Warm, and Hot Market especially the Cold Market on Top Funnel, it's what I found very useful. Because too many sources describes it too broadly (or maybe I still haven't found it yet), vaguely, but your term "triggering events" is PERFECT for me to understand. Thank you so much

    An episode that is very, very, very hard to digest...and SEO needs to be updated. SEO is evolving as AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, Perplexity replace traditional search engines. We now focus on AI-driven search and Conversational Optimization, tailoring content for how people naturally speak and interact with AI. This includes Prompt Optimization to get better responses from AI models. Overall, it’s about adapting content to fit AI’s way of processing and retrieving information. WWDC is approaching, and ChatGPT will be on every iPhone/iPad. So yeah...I couldn't keep up with this episode, Chris.
